I've been anxious for some times now! Why the hell did I choose tonight to bring Kristy out on a date? Why not this weekend or at least save it for tomorrow! That moment when I thought it was so smooth of me in inviting her out but this is actually can be quite a horrible idea!
I mean yeah I did plan something on my mind while imagining what should I do IF I EVER have an awesome date with Kristy, like I really want her to experience the most awesome first date ever, which permits me to have the second date and so on! I still have like 10 days more to earn the title to become her real girlfriend, that IF she ever returns the same feeling as mine.
*sigh*
I don't know!
Sometimes I think she feels the same way about me, like maybe she loves me more than just a best friend. Like how the way I saw her behaviour towards Candice today at school. That was some kind of jealousy right? It must be! Because I used to feel the exactly same way whenever she's with her boyfriends before.
But, she will never understand any of that because... I don't know! It's complicated..!
Jason Mraz said we will be lucky to fall in love with our best friend. But he didn't exactly stated the truth! Sometimes I feel like fall for your best friend sucks! Like my situation now, I still feel clueless when it comes to analyze her feelings.
It might be jealousy, it might be just part of my wiiiiiildest dream uhhh-ahhh...
Ohhh gosh! I'm just a young teenager but currently having some midlife crisis!
Back to the date planning! I might know what to do for her. Nothing grand or whatsoever, but maybe I can show her the best date of her life. At least that's what I thought!

Kristen POV
Xandra asked me to meet her at the playground we used to play when we were kids. I've been wondering why didn't she just come to my house like usual, but yeahhh it's her idea so I might just as well follow it.
So here I am, in the playground, just about 5 minutes walking distance from my house. Sometimes we still come here fooling around. Whether we'll just watch the kids playing and chasing around or Xandra will ask me to sit on the swing and insisted to push me everytime. Or sometimes she'll just playing with some kids there. That girl never really grow up! But she's my girl soooo...

Yeahhh guess I can slowly get used to that. Still need some times to figure out myself. That time when Xandra used to ask me why am I such a homophobic? To be honest, I don't think I am! I don't know. Living with your religious grandmother kinda rubbed you in that way. I've been seeing how her expression will change to some kind of disgust whenever we saw any same sex couples kissing in the middle of the street, or besides the store or anywhere! Hell, she even looked at some couples who just holding hands happily talking to each other in that exact disgust way! I've been living with her since I was a kid until I moved here and met Xandra and her family. My mom and I will visit her sometimes and whenever I was there, she's still the same homophobic grandmother. But she still my abuela...
Now, as I've grown up, my perception towards other people is changing as well. I might be look at some gay couples in our school with such a weird expresion sometimes.
Weird? Yeahhh.. Because I don't really know how to describe my feeling whenever I look at those couples actually. They seem happy, but I still feel weird! That abuela of mine really has such a huge impact on me!..
Anyway, don't want to bore anyone with my lame self history, and it feels weird to talk to myself like this!
Where's my girlfriend btw? Although I was just here 5 minutes ago, I can't wait to know what's her plan for our date....

I heard some motorcycle's engine sound being pulled over. And that sounds kinda familiar...
Ohhh woahhhh!!!
Is that Alexandra??
Yeahhh it is!
She's riding her favourite Suzuki dirt bike! She got that beast last year when her soccer team made it to the final of our state's soccer championship and won the match! Also she got an excellent result for her final exam, so her parents decided to give her a motorbike during her birthday.
She's been taking motorcross lesson for years and eveyone close to her will know that, that is her passion besides soccer! God knows how happy she was during the time she saw that bike parked in front of her house. I've recorded the situation and her expression was priceless! Gosh she looked so adorable!
But now! She seems so badass! She parked her motorcycle aside and confidently walking towards me like she just coming out from a movie..!
Damn is it wrong to say that I'm a little bit........
Turned on. Right now!
She's wearing a red tank top inside and her black leather jacket on top of it, matched with the maroon skinny and a pair of her favourite black Chuck Taylor! Simple outfits that makes her seem so badass but in an adorable way. She braided her sidehair and complimented her appearance with her signature smirk!
Gosh I will feel annoyed whenever she showed me her smug face but right now, she looks so perfect...!

Third person POV
"Heyy Kristy. Sorry for making you wait. I've been interrogating by that idiot brother of mine!"
"It's okay. I'm just here for like 5 minutes. Did he ask you to do something?"
"Nuhh.. I thought I'll be safe from any questions when my parents went out for groceries shopping. But then Alex decided to come home at the exact time I climbed my Tamsin so yeahhh questions here and there. Sooooo..."
"Soooo..."
The couples awkwardly shuffling around while looking at everywhere except each other's eyes.
"Gosh why I feel there's this awkward situation here? I never feel awkward whenever I'm around you...", Xandra quietly chuckling while scratching her non-itchy scalps.
While Kristen slowly averted her visions to the near version of badass Alexandra with a small shy smile dangling across her face.
"Soooo... Tamsin huh?"
"Huhh??"
"That beast!", Kristen said while nodding her head towards the bike.
"Ohh yeahh! I'm- I- uhh..! That's my Suzuki DR-Z125L with 125cc 4-stroke trail bike. Gosh no one should ever know I named my bike as Tamsin!", whispered Xandra in an embarrassed way..
"You forgot the fact that I am your best friend huh bestie? I know everything about you including that time when you tried to lie to your parents about your Dory....", Kristen sing-songed the last part as to tease her.
"You'll never let that go aren't you?", said Xandra while slowly tried to cover her crimson red blushed cheeks.
"Nope! Never..!", replied Kristen added with her evil smirk!
"Well ehemmm! So, mi'lady, can we proceed to our ride? There's a date waiting for us..", Xandra finally recovered from her own embarrassment and tried to be the gentlewoman as she is!
"Well.. Aren't you such a gentlewoman huh? I thought chivalry is dead..!", replied Kristen while slowly turned her head and walking towards the bike in hope Xandra will never see her slowly blushing face.
And gosh! She can never be so wrong..!
"Well chivalry is a must for a beautiful girl like you mi'lady..", teased Xandra.
Alexandra charmingly followed the lead with a huge grin plastered on her face.
"This might be a good start..!", she recited that part inside of her head and give herself a hi-5!
Xandra confidentaly climber her bike while motioned her girlfriend to hop on after her.
"Is this safe? You know I'm never a fan of this kind of thing right?", Kristen asked while worriedly eyeing the bike.
"Nuhhh come on Kristy just hop on! You know well how I can handle my bike right? Come on..!"
"Okayyyy then..."
When Alexandra finally felt a pair of delicate hands tightly hugged her, she feel even more giddy inside and started her Tamsin.
Her bike she meant..!

They finally arrived at their first venue of their date.
Yeah first because an excited Alexandra feels she should do everything she could to impress her girlfriend so she planned several activities instead.
"Woww really Xandra? Such an interesting choice for a first date indeed..", nodded Kristen happily.
"Soooo.. Do I earn the second date?"
"Smooth.. We'll see then.."
Both of them being spotted with such a humongous grin and slowly proceed with their date.
