Water
(Taylor's Perspective)
My skin burns from the hot embers that burned my skin hours ago and it hurts to move my arms and legs and feet.
My feet ace from walking for hours and I feel like I'm about to pass out at any moment.
I'm now walking in the woods again trying to move through all of the thick dense tree's.
There must be water near by because all of these tree's have dark green leaves and the dirt on the ground feels damp.
My feet are covered in dirt and mud as I try to look for any water.
I hear a fair sound of flowing water in the distance.
I run to where I think it's coming from and the sound of flowing water gets louder.
I see a small river and smile.
Finally water.
I bend down to drink some of the water from the stream. I drink so much of it and sit down to rest. I feel so weak and I feel like I'm about to pass out.
I push through the tiredness and try to wash up.
I step my feet into the water and clean my feel and legs. Then I wash my arms and my face. The burns on my arms sting a bit from the cold water but I feel like the water helped a bit.
I drink some of the water again and I suddenly become very tried.
I sit down up against a big tree and close my eye's and drift off to sleep.
