LUKE'S POV
"Thank you, Dublin! You guys were amazing tonight!", I yelled as the boys and I ran off stage.
"Good show tonight boys!", Jeremy said to us.
"Thanks!" we all said in unison.
"All right boys, who's ready to celebrate?! I hear Irish girls can have a good time", Beau said excitedly with a wink.
"I don't know, guys I'm not really up for it tonight", I said doubtfully as I walked towards my dressing room.
"Come on Luke. How long are you gonna act like a b*tch?", Beau said as he stopped me from entering the doorway.
"As long as I f*cking want too," I said as I shoved him out of my way.
"Come on Luke, we'll have a good time," James said trying to convince me.
I finally gave in with a sigh, "Where are we going?"
"Wherever the streets of Dublin take us, and plus we can go to all the pubs and clubs. That'll help you forget about Blaire", Beau said convincingly.
After we headed back to the hotel and changed, we walked down the streets of Dublin, sneaking out the back to avoid crazed fans.
"Hey guys lets go into that club!" Skip shouted pointing to a neon sign. We all followed him into the door and got a drink. I honestly didn't want to be there. All I could think about was Blaire.
"Hey there", said a beautiful girl with blue eyes and brown hair.
I turned around, stunned, but managed to get out a simple, "Hi."
"Do you come here often? I've never seen you around before", she said.
"No, my friends and I just finished up a concert," I said looking to any of them for help.
"Oh right you're in that group, the Janoskians, right?" She asked.
"Yeah. I'm Luke," I said.
"I'm Sandra. It's nice to meet you," she said as we shook hands. "So...." She continued. "Want to go some place a little more private?", she asked with a devilish smirk on her face and lust in her eyes.
I looked over at Beau and the rest of the boys. I saw Beau mouth, "Goooo!", along with the the others makes gestures for me to move along.
I really wasn't sure about this, but I went anyway. Sandra took my hand and led me to the back of the club, where there was no one else in sight. Sandra pushed me against a wall and started kissing me. I could feel her warm breath on my neck, as her soft lips moved up my neck and to my mouth. This just didnt feel right. It was nothing like kissing Blaire. I pull away and she looked at me confused. "I'm sorry. I just can't do this," I said as I went back into the club to find the rest of the boys.
"Hey who was that girl?", Beau said with a smirk.
"It was nothing, I'm heading back to the hotel I'll see you guys later."
Beau tried to stop me, but I pulled away and headed towards the door.
When I got back to the room I looked at my phone that was sitting on the bed. I picked it up and looked through my old photos of Blaire and I together. I saw the pictures of our Hawaii trip and remembered the day I told her I loved her. Her rambling on about the most random thing but even if, I fell in love with every single part of her, even the crazy, random part that no one else knew about.
BLAIRE'S POV
"B, you have something in the mail for you!", my mom yelled from downstairs.
"Alright, I'm coming!", I yelled back and ran downstairs to retrieve my mail. "What is it?", I asked my mom upon meeting her downstairs.
"Open it and find out", she said, handing me a pink envelope.
Just from the elegance of the envelope, I could already make out what the pink paper contained. "Ah, Penelope's annual birthday bash", I informed my mother, excitedly.
Penelope was once one of my closest friends and was even in my group of friends in the beginning of high school along with Sam and the twins. However, she moved away to another school in sophomore year but we still tried our hardest to stay connected and all of us were always invited to her renowned parties every year. I read the elaborate invitation and informed my mom of the venue and date which was in about a month and a half just in time for the boys to come back home from their tour. I already knew I was going so I decided to call Penelope already to RSVP.
"Hey, Penelope! I got your invite and why do I even RSVP anymore? You know I'll be there!", I joked after dialing her number.
"I have no idea but that's great! I miss you!", she replied with a laugh.
"I miss you too! I can't believe you're turning eighteen already!"
"I know, it's insane. So listen, since it's my eighteenth, my party needs to be even bigger than usual", she started.
"Penny, can your parties even get more elaborate than they already are?!", I teased.
She laughed, knowing I was right,"I'm serious! I'm having a chord this year and you, Sam, and the boys were always my closest friends so... will you guys be my chord?"
"Of course we will! I'm sure once I tell the others, they'll be on board!", I answered ecstatically.
"Great because I already planned out your outfits and we'll have a dance number and I'll dance with my older brother and Jai and Sam will be paired up and you and Luke can be a pair and I thought it was perfect since Sam told me that you guys started dating and--", Penny rambled.
I tried to interrupt her but failed. "Umm... Penny.... Hey, Penny. Penelope!", I accidentally broke into a yell.
"What?!", she asked, alarmed.
"Luke and I broke up a while ago", I drifted off.
"Oh... well I can switch you and Sam. I didn't know. I'm sorry."
"No, Penny, you did nothing wrong. You don't have to change anything, I know you put a lot of thought into this and I don't want to ruin your plans."
"You sure it's okay?", she said sweetly.
"Positive. Love you!", I answered half-heartedly.
"Love you too! I'll pick you and Sam up this weekend for your dress fitting okay?"
"Sounds perfect. Bye!"
"Bye!", Penny ended the call.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That weekend, Penny picked us up just as she said she would, all of us wearing matching denim shorts, white flowing tank tops, and sandals that would be easy to slip in and out of when trying on dresses.
We reached the dress shop Penny had contacted and were instantly directed to the pink dresses which were Penny's color theme. Sam and I each picked a different style dress in the same color and tried them on to model for Penny. I picked out a long, simple gown with spaghetti straps and a low neckline and Sam picked out a chiffon, thigh length dress with a sweetheart neckline.
"Oh I love that!", Penny exclaimed to Sam when we were on the modeling stage before her.
"Oh yeah! Me too! That's gorgeous!", I agreed as Sam started to twirl around.
"B, go try on that dress too. I want to see if it looks good on both of you", Penny said and the sales lady helping us quickly supplied me with a replica of Sam's dress. I slipped it on and stepped out of the dressing room, next to Sam once again.
"You guys, it's perfect!", Penelope was ecstatic. Sam took my hand and started to dance around with me and Penny soon joined our little party.
"I'm glad you like the dresses. I'll just pin some parts and the alterations should be ready in a week and a half", the sales lady laughed at our silliness.
"That's great!", we all blurted out.
Sam and I changed back into our own clothes and headed to Penny's house to help her plan out some small things for her party.
"I don't know", Penny said unsure as we surrounded her dinning room table.
"Come on! You have to have a photo booth! Everyone will love it!", Sam tried to persuade her.
Penny thought about it. "Fine!", she finally gave in.
"Yes!", Sam yelled in success. She really liked photo booths for some odd reason.
Penelope laughed,"Great! So we figured that out, picked out flower arrangements, decided on more party favors, and scheduled our dance classes. Now, we can chill."
Sam and I ran to Penny's bedroom and played Grown Ups as Penny grabbed some popcorn and Twizlers for us to pig out on. We laughed at the hilarious scenes and drooled at Jamie Chung's insane beauty. We continued to watch movies all the way until dark when Sam and I decided to spend the night. Later on, Sam had fallen asleep and Penny and I had decided to hit the hay as well.
"So what happened... with you and Luke I mean?", Penny asked as we laid in the dark.
"I did something selfish", I answered. Penny stayed silent, probably unsure of what to say next. "I kissed Jai. That's what happened", I said bluntly.
"Oh", Penny said awkwardly.
"I know. I was wrong and it's my fault so I can't really sulk around and mope but I regret everything, I really do. I've never regretted anything more in my entire life", I said, taking hold of the conversation.
"Blaire, I don't know everything that happened while I was gone but I do know that what we all had together was rare and we shouldn't let something like that get in the way of our friendship", Penny sympathized. I took her hand into mine and squeezed it tightly. Soon after, we had drifted off to sleep.
