"What do you mean?" Michael asks the doctor. "What I'm saying is that (Y/N) cannot have children." A small sob escapes your mouth and they both turn to look at you. "Oh baby, c'mere," Michael says. You get out of the chair and Michael wraps his arms around you, pushing you into his chest. "Michael!" you sob. "Shh, honey, I know, I know." "You could always adopt," the doctor suggests. "But I want my own child! A little Clifford baby!" "Im so sorry about her," Michael apologizes to the shocked doctor. "Um, can we talk alone for a bit?" Michael asks. "Of course," the doctor says, leaving the room. "Baby, look at me," Michael commands. "You gotta calm down, okay?" You nod your head and Michael continues. "Adopting isn't that bad, we'll still be parents." "But, I want a Clifford baby." "There are ways for me to help so that it would be a Clifford baby." "Okay, all that matters is that we're parents." "And we will be," Michael says, kissing the top of your head.
~Luke~
"Okay little buddy, we're home!" Luke cheers, stopping the car. He runs around to the back seat and opens the door, revealing your sleeping child. "Luke, hush, he's sleeping!" you scold. "Oh, sorry buddy," Luke whispers. You chuckle and push your husband out of the way to grab your baby. Luke holds open the front door for you and your son and smiles. "C'mon buddy, let's go see your room!" You giggle at Luke's enthusiasm and follow him up the stairs. "Now give him to me!" Luke whines. You pass over the baby and Luke holds him close. "You don't have to hold him that close." "I don't want to drop him!" Luke brings the child to his room and shows him around. "These are all your clothes, and this is your crib." Luke brings him over to a framed photo and smiles," And these are your parents, but we're your mum and dad now," Luke explains, kissing your son's head.
~Ashton~
You two arrived at the adoption center at 4:00am to pick up your daughter. "What if she doesn't like me?" Ashton asks. "She'll love you, don't worry!" you reassure him. You two complete the final forms and two workers take you to the back to meet your daughter. "What if she's in a teenager-y mood and hates me?" "Ashton, don't worry! She'll love you!" "Mr. and Mrs. Irwin, meet your daughter, Morgan," the worker says. Ashton has tears in his eyes as he waves, as do you. The teen runs into Ashton arms, sobbing. "You're home now, it's okay. We love you," Ashton says, rubbing her back to soothe her.
~Calum~
"Can't have children? What do you mean?" Calum asks the doctor. "Sorry about him, we know what it means. You don't have to explain it," you told the doctor. "Can we talk alone?" Calum asks, and the doctor leaves. "What are we going to do?" he asks worriedly. "Calum, calm down. There's other options." "Like what?" "Well, you could donate your sperm." "Ew, don't say that word." "Grow up Calum. Second, we could adopt." "I never thought about that. I guess your right." "So we'll head to an orphanage next week?" "What if we adopt a demon by accident like in that movie, Orphan." "Calum, grow up! You are about to be a father!" "Okay, sorry, I love you." "I love you too, Cal."
