When realization hit me,
Where's Stephan?
A cough interrupted my thoughts
"Ms. Kiyiya?" A manly voice asks
I turn my head to see and man with green scrubs with blood on them.
It was destiny's blood.
"Yes?" I asked, my voice raspy.
"Your sister.." He paused.
"My sister what?" I push tears threatening to spill
"She's, going to be okay." He smiles.
I grin
"Thank you so so much!" I tell him, my voice full of happiness.
"You're welcome." He smiles
"You can go visit her. She's unconscious, but she will probably wake in the morning." The surgeon says
"Okay. Thank you again!" I gave him a small hug.
"Let's go Aiden." I pull on Aiden's hand, leading him to her room.

We settled down in Destiny's hospital room.
I stared at her, her sleeping body hooked to machines, her breathing steady.
I am so glad she's okay.
"Aiden?" I ask
"Hmm?" He replies
"I, I didn't see Stephan." I stare at the wall.
"What?"
"I didn't see Stephan lying on the ground. I didn't smell his blood."
Aiden stares me in the eyes
"Do you think he's okay?" He asks
"I don't know.." I say lowly
"H-he ran into the woods." A barely audible voice says
I snap my head over to Destiny.
Her eyes were slightly open, staring at me.
"He what?" I ask
"He ran into the woods when that guy attacked. He abandoned us.." She said, he voice low
"He's a bastard." She growls
"Destiny.." I warn
"He's our brother. He wouldn't have done that. Right?" I ask
"He did.. He said he needed to go make sure Bella was okay." She said venom covering her voice.
"I'll always be here Dest. Always. Don't forget that." I stare into her eyes before I gave her a hug.
"Owe" she whimpers
"Oh! Sorry!" I get off of her.
"It's okay." She giggles
"Is, everyone else okay?" She asks
I looked at the ground, tears covering my eyes
She understood that mean't no.
I hear a sniffle.
I looked to destiny
"We'll be okay. I promise. Me and you, forever and always, I will never leave you." I say truthfully.
She looks and me and smiles a sad smile.
