*8 weeks later*
Cara's POV
It's Christmas morning and I'm so fucking excited. This is my first Christmas with an actual family. And I get to wake up with the person I love the most in this world. I woke up to see Brit sitting in front of me with her legs crossed and two stockings in her lap. I sat up then smiled at my girlfriend as she said "Merry Christmas baby!" She wrapped her arms around my neck then kissed me. I kissed her back and pulled her onto my lap ignoring the presents falling off of her lap. After a few minuets I pulled away and said with a smile "Merry Christmas darling." She squeezed me tight then said excitedly after a quick kiss "Cmon we gotta open our stockings then go downstairs." I nodded at her and we started to unwrap our presents. We got underwear, bras, candles, bath bombs, a cd, chocolate, socks and a bracelet each. We showed each other what we had gotten then headed down stairs after putting all the gifts on my desk and gathering the paper. We walked into the lounge hand in hand to see presents surrounding the tree and then Mum and Dad sat on the sofa drinking coffee also holding hands. They stood up and came and hugged us saying "Merry Christmas girls." After a bit of small talk we sat down and started to hand out the presents. It took us around 2 and a half hours to go through all the presents. Mum and Dad got us loads of clothes and shoes. They also bought us sonos speakers for multiple rooms in the house. We both got the iPhone 6+ in space grey and tickets for Lana Del Rey, The 1975 and Bombay Bicycle Club in the summer. Then it got to mine and Brits presents to each other. She got me a cacti, a mini popcorn machine for our room, some cute pjs and then she had a main present but I wasn't allowed to open it yet- much like how she wasn't allowed to open mine yet. I got her A big hamper from lush, A full length of a mirror and Chanel perfume. For her main present I got her a short necklace that had a star and heart on it and on the back I had engraved 'Forever & Always - Cara.' I was really excited to see her reaction I couldn't wait. But I had to wait.
Spencer is coming today. He should be here any second now. This is going to be his first time meeting Brit and Mum and I really hope he likes them and isn't rude. He knows how important it is that he likes them to me. And just then the door bell rang. "Hello Martin." I heard his posh voice echo down the corridor. I turned to Brit and said taking her hands in mine "I'm sorry if something bad happens my brother is unpredictable. If you need to leave you just give my hand 3 squeezes." She nodded in response then I leant in and kissed her. And just at that moment... "Well well well." A low posh voice came from the doorway. I pulled away from the kiss and looked over to see Spencer standing there with two big bags in his hands. "H-hello Spencer, this is Brittany, my girlfriend." He put the bags under the tree and shook Brits hand and said formally "Pleasure to meet you miss." He then turned to me and put his hand out for me to shake it. As I shook his hand he said "I don't think I've ever seen you so happy. And I see you've recovered from your accident." I tilted my head at him then said as I intertwined my fingers with Brits "You knew I was in a car crash?" He sat down then said looking at his phone "Yes, Martin called me when it happened." I sat down on the sofa and Brit sat next to me close. I said quietly looking at the floor "But you didn't come see me." He shot his head up then said with a huff "Well I can't just take time off work whenever I like. I run it I keep it all together." Brit put her arm around my waist and rubbed my leg with her other hand. She brought my face up to hers and wiped away my tears before placing a soft kiss on my lips. I put my legs on the sofa then cuddled up to her until mum and dad came in. They had a quick kiss then sat down saying "Right lets get too it." Mum sat next to me and must've noticed I was upset because she hugged me then whispered in my ear "I love you darling." I told her I loved her too then got back to the presents. Spencer got Dad cologne, an apple watch and some other bits and bobs. He got mum an Apple Watch too then a mulberry handbag along with some other small things. He got me and Brit Perfume, a play station 4 for our room and then he has given us a couple hundred pounds for us to have a day out in London, he even booked us in at the shard. We all got him similar things just bits and bobs really. After we had done me and Brit took all our presents upstairs and set up the ps4 and our phones. When we went back downstairs dinner was ready so we all sat down and tucked in.
Once we had finished dinner myself and Brit helped mum clear up. When we had done I hugged Mum and said "Thank you so much for everything mum." Spencer shot his head to me and his eyes were red with fury. "What did you just call her?" he spat. I pulled out of the hug and said with confidence "Mum." He turned red from fury and started to shout "She is not our mother. Our mother is dead. Don't you think she's already ashamed of you! why are you trying to make it worse!!" We all froze and looked at him in horror. "Wh-why would she be ashamed of me?" He balled his foster then spat at me "Look at you!! You're a lesbian! That's wrong!!" I turned to Brit and could see she was upset by his words too. I stepped towards him and said "How dare you fucking speak to me like that! You can offend me all you like but you do not bring the woman I love into this! And yes you're right she's not our mother. She's MY mother. and She's Brits mother. This woman has shown me more love in 3 months than those people gave me in my life." Just then he raised his arm and slapped me hard around the face then pushed me to the floor. Dad instantly swooped in and pushed him out of the house. He shouted at him "Don't you dare hurt my family again. And never come back unless it's to apologize." He slammed the door on him. Brit rushed to me and pulled me into her arms. Mum also crouched down and started checking my face and body. After a minuet or so she wrapped her arms around all of us and soon after Dad did wrapped his arms around all of us. Some Christmas this is.
Brits POV
We all had our arms around Cara as she sobbed into my chest. After a while Martin pulled away and so did Mum. They stood up and went to go get something. I pulled Cara's chin up so our eyes met and placed a soft kiss on her lips. "I'm sorry." Cara croaked. I stared into her eyes and said firmly yet softly "No don't you dare apologize. None of this was your fault. None of it." She didn't reply she just looked down at the floor. I pulled her into my body again and said "I think this is a good time to give you your present." She looked up at me then said with a forced smile "Okay." I helped her up then lead her to the lounge. We sat on the sofa and I picked up her present. I got her a cute necklace that had a heart and star on it with 'Forever & Always -Brit' engraved on the back. I really hope she likes it. I picked up her present and handed it to her. She slowly started to open it and I couldn't believe how nervous I was. She opened the box and her jaw dropped. She looked up at me then said "Get your present." I agreed as a smile spread across her face and a tear fell down her cheek. I picked up her present for me and opened it. The box was exactly the same as the one her necklace came in. Cara had put hers on and was now waiting for me to open mine. I opened the box and there was the exact sane necklace I had gotten her. I shot up at her and she said "We even engraved the exact same thing." I looked on the back and sure enough we did. She jumped onto me and started making out with me. She wrapped her arms tightly around my waist and squeezed me. After a while she pulled away then rested her head on my chest. She drew patterns on my chest and started writing things with her finger. I couldn't really tell what she was writing until she wrote one thing. 'I can't wait to make you my wife.' I looked down at her and she realized that I knew what she wrote. A massive smile spread across my face and I said "Neither can I." she turned bright red and kissed me. I pulled away and said "You know we turn 18 in a few months. Then it'll be legal for us to get married..." She shot open her eyes then said "What are you saying?" I winked at her then said as I stood up "Nothing." I walked out the room and Cara ran behind me then grabbed me and refused to let me go unless I told her so I turned around and kissed her before saying "You'll have to wait until your birthday." I walked away and slapped her ass.
Mum and Martin walked in and said "Girls we have one last present for you." We looked at them confused as they held out an envelope. We took it off of them then opened it. "We're going to LA!!!" We both shouted as we ran to hug them. We pulled away and hugged each other. We were staying in a villa with a big pool and there's a tennis court and a big games room then two massive master bedrooms. This is gonna be a good holiday. We're going the day after Cara's birthday so my plan can still work. And my birthdays before hers so it can work. Me and
Cara kept on hugging for a while as we were so excited. We eventually calmed down then sat down to watch Home Alone with Mum and Martin. They sat down and Martin put his arm around Mum and she rested her head on his shoulder. I'll admit I'm not completely used to them being together but I'm glad mums happy again. Cara sat me on her lap and leant my back on the arm of the sofa. She pulled me into her arms and played with my hair the whole time. We occasionally would actually watch the film but we spent most of the time kissing and making out. When we weren't kissing we just whispered in each other's ears and teased each other. When the film finished we couldn't contain ourselves any more so we said good night then ran upstairs.
We got in the room and she instantly pushed me against the wall. She shut the door then we started to make out as we undressed each other. I went to lead her to the bed but she shook her head no and lead me to the bathroom. She turned on the shower and pinned me to the cold tiles and stuck her thigh in between my legs. I let out a small moan as the hot water fell down our backs and she pushed her thigh up higher putting pressure on me. She pulled away from my lips buying it on the way and started trailing down my body leaving marks everywhere. When she eventually reached my hips, she spread my legs and next thing I knew her tongue was inside me. She ran her tongue every where and slowly quickened the pace. I ran my hands through her hair and tried to contain my screams. As I started to reach my peak she slowed down until I reached it. She went to continue after that but I pulled her head out of in between my legs and pulled her up to my lips. I instantly put my tongue in her mouth and spun us around so she was now pinned against the tiles. I crept my hands down her body slowly until I reached her core. I ran my fingers over her for a moment until she thrusted so my fingers would go inside her. I didn't argue so I just put in my fingers and pumped slowly. I constantly changed the pace getting faster then slower and just before she reached her peak I pulled out my fingers. My hand was soaked-and not from the water. I slowly brought my fingers to my mouth and licked them. Cara gasped at my actions but quickly turned into a smirk. We kept on taking turns for about half an hour but then grew tired. I shut off the water and we went back to bed. We cuddled up into each other's embrace and soon drifted off to sleep.
