E X T E N D E D D E S C R I P T I O N
University was around the corner and Calista Hale was as busy as teenagers get during their senior year. With striving to complete her final semester, being submerged elbows deep in dirty dish water, and maintaining a subpar social life, Cali's world was an organized disaster.
However, her well constructed plan begins to unravel when she is told she doesn't have the qualifications to graduate with the rest of her class. With over forty community service hours to complete by the end of the month there is no way Cali will be able to meet the quota in time. Not unless she agrees to tutor Lincoln Pierce, a failing delinquent in his fifth year of high school.
Not having any other option Cali agrees to the task. It's not soon after she decides she's made a dreadful mistake. Lincoln's a terror, hell-bent on keeping everyone and anyone away. And for the life of her, Calista can't figure out why.
She comes to realize, not everything is as plain as it seems. Lincoln Pierce is anything but plain. Incredibly infuriating, but never plain.
And as it turns out, she might be his last hope.
