Yoona's POV-
It's been two weeks since Niel's "flower" incident, and I've got to say, I TOTALLY LOVE THIS GUY!!! He is my best friend. He's so nice and easy to talk to. We're always hanging out with each other now because the whole school doesn't like him... but hye, I do. I don't get it Who started that rumor? Why would they? If everyone would stop avoiding Daniel, because of some silly rumor they heard, they'd realize what a great guy he is...
"YOONA!" I heard someone call out my name. I turned around just as I was about to enter the school to see Daniel smiling and running towards me. I smiled and waved back to him. As he caught up we side hugged each other and walked into the building.
"How was your weekend?" he asked me as we stopped by his locker.
"Boring, I went to the beach with my little brother. How about yours Daniel?"
"Yah, I told you to call me Niel. And what do you mean boring? I wanna go to the beach! All I did was eat snacks, study and sleep." he said while making fake snoring noises. I laughed as we walked to my locker.
"Fine Niel, and really?" I asked as I fished through some textbooks for my Foreign Language class. It was covered with pink paper. It had chocolate covered strawberry pictures on it. It was so adorable!
"Mwo? About what? The sleeping or the beach?" he asked me with a very confused face. I burst out into laughter and grabbed my foreign language textbook.
"The beach you pabo." I said with a slam of my locker. We both laughed as Niel scratched the back of his head.
"Haha, yeah. I've always wanted to go, but you know, never really had anyone to go with..." his voice trailed off. I knew. He didn't have to say anything else.
"Hmmmm. Arasso. Me and you will go to the beach next weekend." I said as we continued to walk to homeroom. I saw Niel's face light up out of the corner of my eye.
"Really?! You'll really take me?" he asked, quite excitedly. I simply nodded while smoothing down the back of my hair. It never stays down, ughhhh.
Niel was smiling like a goofball which caused me to smile to. We began laughing slightly as we finally reached the classroom door. I walked in, but Niel didn't. Once I looked inside I saw something. It was totally empty. I turned around to look at Niel, but he was just laughing and looking at me.
"Yah, what's so funny?"
"Ani, it's just that, maybe you should learn to read signs before you walk into rooms." he said while waving a piece of paper in front of him. I rolled my eyes playfully and walked out of the calssroom, back towards Niel.
"So what does it say oh great master of signs?" I asked.
"Hmm." he began, "It saaaaayyyyssss." he now started to squint his eyes in concentration and wave his arms around slowly in the air. After a bit he finally froze and stared at me. He opened his mouth and then closed it tossing the paper to me.
"I don't know. I can't read." he said while biting his nail. I slapped his shoulder for taking so long and then he began laughing.
"I'm joking, I'm joking. It says class is in the Computer Lab. Let's go." he patted my head and walked in the direction of the lab. I unruffled my hair and followed behind him. We walked down like 20 hallways! Fuwaaah~ This school is so big. Our whole "journey" was just filled with random conversation.
"Hey Niel."
"Hmm?"
"Do you use lip plumper?"
"Ani."
"Do you wear lipgloss?"
"Ani."
"Do you wear lipstick at home?"
"Yah, what do you think I am?"
"Haha, I'm sorry it's just your lips are so big and fluffy~"
"Fluffy?"
"Mhhhmm."
"Ha, this kid, you know they get even bigger when I first wake up."
"Ahh, really?! That's amazing." I said as he opened the door to the Computer lab for me. There were already a few students in the lab and class was just about to begin. The teacher was standing in the front of the lab with a student. He saw Niel and I and smiled. I smiled back and Niel bowed with a slight smile. The teacher then waved us over. I sat down in a comfy chair still thinking about Niel's puffy morning lips. Haha, they must look like sausages. As I sat down I felt something cold staring at me, but I brushed it off and sat down. I motioned for Niel to sit next to me and got a notebook and pen from my bag. When Niel sat down, we continued our conversation.
"Yah, what's so amazing about puffy lips?" he asked while pushing my head backwards lightly. I laughed and pushed his head back.
"Haha, your puffy sausage lips."
"I never said they looked like sausages!" he complained.
"Okay class, well this isn't the whole class we are missing some people, but we'll just continue without those tardies huh?" the teacher began. I leaned over to Niel since I was focusing on my notebook and doodles, not the teacher's speach.
"You didn't have to, I used my imagination." I snickered. He laughed and put his foot on top of mine. I laughed and heard the teacher say, "So please welcome him with open arms." And I guess Niel heard it too, because we stopped fooling around and looked up. I froze. The ice cold stare I was feeling, it was him.
"Hello, my name is Kim Jong In, but you can call me Kai. Please take good care of me." he said and then stepped back towards the teacher, after looking at me once more. He smiled brightly at me, but then looked as if he was killing Niel with his eyes. Niel noticed and stuck his tongue out in response.
