"Has anyone seen Gildarts?" Cana asked.
"Why? You a daddy's girl now?" Wakaba teased.
"He went back to the old Fairy Tail building with the old master," Macao said.
"Great! Now I can take the chance to go on a job!" Cana exclaimed before running out.
"Gildarts! Cana's his daughter!" I said.
"Yeah, it's a long story," Lucy answered.
I was currently sitting around a table with Natsu and his team as well as Wendy and Carla.
"He always acts so lovey dovey with Cana. It's hard to imagine that he's suppose to be Fairy Tail's strongest wizard," Carla said before sipping a cup of tea.
"Natsu! Hurry up and finish eating, so we can go fishing!" Happy said.
Natsu was too busy digging into his food to notice Happy's demand. And when I mean by digging, I meant food flying everywhere.
"Tch, he never has any manners does he," Gray interjected.
"I don't want to hear that from you!" Natsu shouted standing up from his seat.
"Oh? You wanna have at it you hot fire breath head?!" Gray threatened as he went head to head with Natsu.
"What did you say you icy minty breath?!" Natsu said.
I swear I could see auras coming from each of them.
"You're going down today!" Gray yelled.
"I could say the same to you!" Natsu yelled back.
They both raised their fists and that's when the fist fight began.
"Good luck Gray-sama! Juvia is rooting for you!" The water mage yelled.
Gray threw Natsu into a table where Elfman, Max, and Lisanna sat.
"Gray! Watch where you-"
Elfman was shut up by Natsu punching him straight in the jaw.
"Damare Elfman! Gray!!!!!" Natsu screamed running towards him.
Soon everyone joined into the fight and the whole place had chairs, tables, and people flying in the air.
Erza, Wendy, Carla, Happy, Lucy, and I sat out on this one.
"Ah, here it is again. The usual fights," Lucy sighed.
"It's because Natsu's always so hot-headed and Gray's always so stubborn," Happy stated.
"What did you say?!" Both Natsu and Gray said at the same time.
"Don't copy me!" There it was again.
"I'll be leaving now," I said standing up.
"Where are you going?" Lucy asked.
"I need to look for a place to stay with the one hundred thousand jewels I got from before," I replied.
"I'll come with you! The person that used to live underneath me just moved out and the room is empty now!" Lucy informed me.
"Really! That's great news!" I exclaimed.
"Let's get going now!" Lucy said.
I nodded my head and we both got on our hands and knees and started crawling our way towards the exit.
Along the way we were both lucky enough to not get hit by anything until right when we made it to the exit we both got knocked on the head by two chairs.
"And just when I thought we were safe," Lucy said taking the words right out of my mouth.
"Right?"
We got up and strutted down the hill towards the city. It was as lively yet peaceful as ever. A bunch of shops were lined up against each other that sold merchant items.
"You see that building over there?" Lucy said pointing towards a building that said Twilight Ogre.
She folded her hands behind her back before continuing.
"Our guild used to be there until we disappeared for seven years leaving everyone alone. Our reputation plummeted and we became the weakest guild in Fiore. But things will be fine now!
We have Natsu, Gray, and the S class wizards as well! And we have you Iris!"
"Me?" I questioned.
"Yes you. I was just like you once. New to Fairy Tail, but I knew I loved it from the moment I laid my eyes on it! You're just like that too! I can tell that you already love Fairy Tail just as much as the rest of us do," Lucy said turning towards me with a smile.
"Lucy....."
I started tearing up, and I soon returned the smile.
"I didn't mean to make you cry! How about getting into your new home now?" Lucy said giving me a wink.
I wiped my tears away and nodded.
"Hurray! Lets get you settled in and then we'll go shopping for the rest of your appliances!" Lucy suggested grabbing onto my hand and dragging me with her.
My eyes widened in shock, but I soon gave out a little chuckle and went along with her.

I was busy examining some bed sheets when I suddenly felt a slight pressure on my lower leg. I looked down to see a small black cat with the Fairy Tail mark on its back.
"I'm so sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going," the black cat apologized bowing his head.
"You're a member of Fairy Tail too! I believe your name was Panther Lily? I've heard a lot about you," I said bending down to his level.
"H-how do you know my name? And what do you mean by too?" Lily asked.
I turned to the side to show him my mark and then said, "I'm a new member of Fairy Tail! I just joined last week! My names Iris Armina!"
"Ah really, it's nice to meet you Iris-san. I hope to get along with you," Lily said stretching his little paw out for a hand shake.
I smiled and shook his hand.
"Same here!"
"Iris! Are you ready to head back now? Oh! Lily!" Lucy gasped as she turned the corner into the alley.
"I'm glad you're back! How did the training go with Gajeel?" Lucy asked.
"It went smoothly. Gajeel's already back at the guild. I just stopped by the market to pick up a few things," Lily replied.
(Oi! Can you guys hear me! Lucy, Iris, Lily!)
I jumped in surprise and knitted my eyebrows in confusion.
"Is it just me or is there a voice in my head?" I questioned.
"It's Warren. He uses telepathy magic," Lily explained with his arms crossed.
(There's apparently something big happening at the guild. Our old master has some news to tell us, and he wants everyone to be present.)
"Okay! We'll get there as fast as we can!" Lucy replied back before the communication was cut off.
"Let's hurry back to the guild!" Lucy said.
We both nodded our heads and rushed out the building.

The three of us banged open the doors and stood there breathless with everyone's eyes on us.
"Lucy, Iris, and Lily! Hurry inside and close those doors," Makarov commanded.
We did as we were told and joined the crowd surrounding where Makarov stood.
"I have some important news to tell you guys so listen up! As of now, Macao is no longer the master, but Gildarts is now!"
There were a few comments here and there but nothing bad. I'm guessing everyone in the guild knew it was bound to happen one day.
"We have a problem old master!" Mirajane spoke.
"What is it?"
"Gildarts has left the guild and here's a note he left behind," Mirajane said.
"NANI (what)?!!!!" Makarov yelled out.
He quickly grabbed the note from Mirajane's hand and started reading it out loud.
"Dear Fairy Tail,
As the new master I'd like to fix up a few things in Fairy Tail. First, bring Laxus back into the guild. Second, I now appoint Makarov as the new master of Fairy Tail. With me being gone it's now up to you guys to bring Fairy Tail back up to the top.
I'm sure it won't be easy, but I know you guys can do it. Make the master proud and make yourselves proud of one another for being a Fairy Tail wizard. As long as we have each other there's no obstacle in the way that can stop us. I'll be gone for a while, so it's up to you guys now. When I come back, I better see you guys back at the top!
~Goodbye Fairy Tail....."
The new master dropped the paper down and I could see tears in his eyes as well as a few other members.
"Well said Gildarts...." Erza complimented.
"Cheer up everyone! It's not like Gildarts is leaving forever! He'll be back! I know it! And when he is, I'll beat him next time!" Natsu shouted letting his fist on fire.
"Natsu's right! I don't even know why we are tearing up!" Lisanna chimed in.
"You're an otoko if you cry!" Elfman exclaimed.
"It was the depth of his words that he left behind. He puts a lot of faith in us," Erza said.
"Laxus is returning! Yes!" The Raijinshu members exclaimed with tears in their eyes.
"Yosh! Let's have a party to celebrate the new master!" Macao shouted raising a bottle of booze into the air.
"YEAH!!" Everyone agreed.
I looked over to the corner to notice Lucy chatting with Cana in quiet.
Oh yeah, Gildarts is Cana's father. This must be hard on her....
"Iris! Come over here!" Levy said dragging me over to someone who sat on the bar stool eating....iron?!
I knew there were three dragon slayers in this guild and I knew they ate the element they controlled, but it was still a bit shocking.
"Gajeel! This the new member of Fairy Tail! Iris!" Levy introduced.
He turned around to face me before asking,"So you're the newcomer eh? What type of magic do you use?"
"Now that you mention, what type of magic do you use?" Natsu said holding a piece of chicken.
"I believe hearing something like Dragon's Slash when we fought the bandits last time," Erza concluded.
"Dragon?! So does that mean you use Dragon Slayer magic as well?!" Wendy exclaimed.
The whole guild was now focused on our conversation.
"You could say that," I answered nervously scratching my head.
"I use the power of dragons as well, but it's not like Dragon Slayer magic. I was raised by a dragon, but I learned a different kind of magic. And before you ask, no I don't know where any of your dragons are," I added.
"That's.......AMAZING!" Everyone in the guild shouted.
"We have a rare dragon wizard in our guild!" Laki shouted.
"Alright! Drink up everyone!" Makarov yelled.
"You don't have to tell Cana that...." Wakaba said.
"Eh? What are you talking about me?" Cana asked looking up from the barrel she was currently drinking from.
"But still, I didn't know you used dragon magic too! That's really awesome!" Lucy exclaimed.
"Hehe!!! Now we have another Dragon Slayer!" Natsu yelled shooting a line of fire out of his mouth and into the air.
"Weren't you listening Natsu? Iris is not a Dragon Slayer, she just uses dragon magic as well," Happy explained.
"I don't understand it," Natsu said shaking his head with his shoulders up in a shrug.
"You never understand anything Natsu. That's why Gray is way smarter than you," Happy teased.
"What'd you say Happy! I'm way smarter than that pervert!" Natsu shot back.
"Eh? I wouldn't say so you Flame Brain!" Gray insulted once again going head to head with Natsu.
"Happy! Look what you did! I feel sorry for them now," Lucy sighed shaking her head slowly.
"Why's that Lucy-san?" Wendy questioned completely oblivious.
"Because they are about to face that monster," Carla stated.
Erza stood behind Natsu and Gray and slowly put both of her hands on their shoulders. She had a death glare on her face and a deathly aura surrounding her.
"Would you two quit it already?!!!" Erza demanded rather than asked.
"A-ah, Erza!" Natsu exclaimed as he and Gray both jumped up in surprise.
"We are getting along just fine! That was just a conversation we were having!" Gray tried explaining as he and Natsu hooked arms and started acting like they were the best of friends.
"Good. It's good to get along with your friends," Erza confirmed nodding her head in agreement to her statement.
The doors to the guild were suddenly opened, and everyone was on alert. Eight figures stood in the doorway, and when I finally got a good look at them, the first person I noticed was Master Bob, the master of Blue Pegasus. Natsu and Gray suddenly tensed up as if a chill ran up their spines.
Oh! Now that I remember it, Natsu and Gray both had bad experiences with Master Bob because of his weak spot for cute boys. I guess that meant those two. I shivered at the thought.
However, one look at Master Bob's face and you knew he wasn't in the mood to rub cute boys. The whole place was filled with tension before he spoke up.
"We have bad news Makarov."
"I know, I sensed it." Makarov replied. His laughing face was now gone to be replaced by a more serious one.
"Assemble the Sixteen Stars."
