MERCY'S POV
I woke up in a chair in the middle of the room. Something brushed over my shoulders it was a hand and someone was circling around me.
"Sedna" I whispered it was hard to talk because all I tasted was blood.
"I'm just wasting time until lover boy gets here" She said and kissed my forehead. She brushed her hand over her cheek and down my neck.
"You disgust me" I spat. She just chuckled and started unbuttoning my shirt. I tried to wiggle out of the chair but my feet and hands were tighed to the chair. My shirt was now unbuttoned and she was kissing my chest. I looked away and bit my lit trying to hold back tears. She went down to my lower stomach and played with my skirt.
"Well as sad as this is I must go. I guess your boyfriend is here with your cousin. Awwww I can't wait to play with him too" She said and pretended to squeal. She left the room. She's going to hurt Kazuma? I got so mad heat was radiating through my body and I burned the ropes off. I heard the door click so I hid behind it. When it opened I caught it so it wouldn't close. I was glad it was only Lucius because he was the weakest here. I got him in the back of the head and he fell. Before he hit the floor I gently used wind to ease his fall. I kissed his forehead. I had never hated Lucius. Then I escaped out the door.
KAZUMA'S POV
Me and Ayono beat the monster and found out where Mercy is. We got there and sneaked inside the abandoned building that used to be an insane asylum. We went in then a sharp pain struck me from behind. I woke up chained to a wall next to Ayono was still passed out.
"Well Kazuma I don't believe we've met before. I'm an old friend of your girlfriend's. My name is Lucifer." He said.
"I don't think she'd be friends with someone like you" I said.
"Oh but she would if she didn't know any better" he said and smirked. I stayed silent. "Awww what's wrong Kazuma demon got your tounge(sorry I can't spell that ONE WORD lol)." He said and laughed. Then a banging sound came from the door. With one kick Mercy kicked down the door and it flew all the way across the room until it hit the opposite wall then hit the floor. She slowly walked in her eyes were red and she was glowing in a blue flame which I haven't seen before.
"How is that possible" I whispered to myself but Ayono obviously heard me because responded.
"I told my father she was evil deep down but he wouldn't listen even though he knew" she said sitting up looking at me. Mercy must have heard that because she went back to normal. She looked hurt then Lucifer appeared behind her and put his arm around her I grit my teeth.
"Don't listen to her she was always jealous of you weren't you Ayono" he smiled.
"Yes" Ayono said quietly. I looked at her and she was crying. "It's true she has always been better than me at everything she has always been perfect" She cried harder.
"Ayono never told you Kazuma and neither did Mercy" I looked at him.
"Tell me what?" I asked.
"Oh Ayono l-" he started but then stopped and stepped away from Mercy. She started glowing again.
"Enough of your games Satin" She said.
"Awww here's the Mercy I love" after he said that the ground started shaking. She started walking towards Lucifer. She grabbed his shirt and picked him up off the ground then without moving her arm she let go and he flew through the wall. She looked at me and saw the fear in my eyes. She stopped and loosened my chains without moving. I went to Ayono who was staring at Mercy and I loosened her chains. I heard a thump behind us. I turned around and saw Mercy curled up on the floor. I ran to her and held her.
"What's wrong?" I said. She opened her eyes and stared at me.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to be so violent. I was watching you help Ayono and I felt a pain in my side" She said and moved her hands. Her side was red. I lifted up her shirt and saw something sticking out of the wound. I turned her a little bit and pulled out a knife. I threw it across the room. Ayono had chased after the person who threw the knife. I would have gone after her but I just want to stay with Mercy. She means a lot to me and it hurts to say it but I'm in love with her ever since I saw her that morning.
"It hurts Kazuma" She whispered.
"It's gonna be fine" I told her reassuringly.
"Thank you Kazuma" she said and started getting up.
"You can't just get up and leave" I said and pulled her into my lap without harming her wound.
"Why?" She said our faces were really close together.
"Because your hurt" I said and glanced at her lips. I still remember when I kissed her. Her lips were so soft I want to feel that again. I was so lost in thought I didn't realize I was moving closer to her.
"Kazuma?" She said quietly. I ignored her and our lips touched they were so warm. She kissed me back and we stayed like that for a moment until she pulled apart. She was now looking at the door in horror.
"I- I'm sorry I didn't mean-" I looked at the door and saw Ayono standing there. Why would Mercy apologize to Ayono when she didn't do anything?.
"So Kazuma I have a question for you. Is this the first time you kissed her?" She asked taking out her sword and set the blade on fire. I shook my head. Mercy stood up I noticed when we kissed her eyes were pink now her eyes are blue. She walked passed Ayono and didn't look back. I was standing by now and she was charging at me now. She started trying to hit me but I blocked the hits with wind. I stopped her.
"Shouldn't we go get Mercy before she gets hurt more?" I asked.
"Well I called an ambulance to come if she does get hurt more" She just shrugged it off.
"She's your cousin"
"She's your future FUCKING WIFE!!!" She yelled which surprised me. Then she put her head down ashamed at what she said.
"What's your problem?"
"You Kazuma your my problem and your blind Kazuma"
"Blind?"
"Yes blind you can't see that I'm in love with you!!!" I stood their shocked.
"W-what?"
"Yes Kazuma its true I am in love with Kazuma Yagami and he is obviously in love with my cousin the gorgeous stunning perfect Mercy VanShweetz but you know what love is a weakness." She said and walked out of the room. I left the building and saw an ambulance had been outside with Mercy inside. Ayono was waiting for me.
"The ambulance took her to the hospital. This was a complete waste of time she escaped by herself we didn't even need to come help her."
"Oh really now" a voice came behind me. I turned around and saw Lucifer.
"Do you know what we did to her?"
"What?" I asked.
"Oh I'm glad you asked she obviously didn't tell you. I have something for you" He said and handed me a present wrapped in black paper. I opened it and saw a tape.
"You taped it. Your disgusting!!!" We watched it horrified. Poor Mercy.
"Ha wouldn't be the first time." Ayono said bitterly.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"You know Ayono her life isn't as perfect as you think but why don't you tell him Ayono" Lucifer said I looked at her tears were rolling down her cheeks, her eyes were closed, her arms where crossed over her chest and she was holding herself.
"See now Kazuma since this is just Ayono your just looking at her but if Ayono was Mercy right now you would go to her and hold her in your arms and not let go" Lucifer said and snapped his fingers. Then everything changed and Ayono was now Mercy. It burned my heart I was going to go run to her but I couldn't move. I just watched the scene had changed again and there was a little girl maybe 10. Her eyes were blue and she was crying. Her silky black hair was shining in the dim light. She was hugging herself suddenly a piercing sound came and I realized i t was her scream. She looked up the person in front of her. Her eyes were now a mix of red and black. She was bleeding. Something kicked her side and she fell over. The person picked her up by the neck and threw her. Her cheek was bleeding from where the person punching her. He picked her up by the shirt collar and licked the blood off her cheek. Then threw her against the wall.
"Well now shall we go to a different memory" Lucifer said. The scene changed again now there was a girl about 15. It was the same girl.
"Please don't hurt me again" She said then her back hit the wall. The person was going towards her and trapped her by putting his hands on either side of her. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer to him. She was crying and I couldn't bare to watch. I turned my head away but Lucifer made me watch. The person was kissing her neck and spreading her legs apart. One of her hands went down to push him away but he grabbed both her wrists with one hand and pinned her arms against the wall. With the other hand he started unbuttoning her shirt. She was squirming to get free but he pressed his body against hers.
"That's enough!!!!" I yelled at Lucifer. Then I saw Ayono again just there like she was before. Then I thought for a moment. Those were Mercy's memories.
