Dear Diary,
Hi. This is my first diary. Ever. I won't put down 'dear diary' every time I write so don't be expecting that. I'll just start right in. I'll write in you like I'm talking to an actual person too. My name is... Well, I won't give you my real name. You never know who could find this. I'll give you my stage name. Crystal Starr. Oh. Let me guess. You're thinking, 'What the hell? Stage name?' I'll explain. I'm a pole dancer. Yeah. I'm 16 years old and, according to all the men who give me tips, I'm pretty hot. Oh, wait. Now you're probably thinking, 'Why are you pole dancing if you're only 16?' I'll explain that too. My parents are pot heads. You know, they do drugs. The cops caught them and took me away. I was only 10. They attempted to put me in foster families but I'd be gone within days. Anyway, it doesn't bother me anymore. So, I guess I'm done talking. I'll write in you the next time I have time. You fine with that? I thought so.
