Liam's POV:
I woke up with a start as my phone went off. I rolled over and look at the clock. 2:23pm. I looked at the couch where I had last seen Niall, but he wasn't there. I checked my phone and saw that Niall texted me.
'Sorry I left before you got up. My mum wanted me home. See you Monday!' I read the message that had woken me up.
'Hey baby! I work till 5 tonight. Wanna get together ?' Danielle texted me. I ran my hand down my face, sighing.
'Sure. I'll come get you around 5:30.'
'Ok.' I got out of the chair and went to shower.

I drove to Dani's house and walked up to her door, ringing the doorbell. I didn't want to be here. The door flew open and she stood there with a huge smile on her face. She grabbed me by the hand and pulled me inside.
"Hey Liam... My parents aren't home..." She whispered as she wasted no time and started kissing my neck and unbuttoning my shirt. "Dani..." I said, trying to push her away, but instead she pushed me against the wall. She slid my shirt off my shoulders and I pushed her away.
"Liam, what's wrong?" I pulled my shirt back on and ran my fingers through my hair.
"Dani... I... I want to um... break up." I said slowly. Her hands dropped from mine and she took a step back.
"W-what?" I sighed and stepped forward, but she only backed up.
"Get out." Danielle walked over to the door and opened it.
"Dani..."
"Now!" I shook my head and left, getting in my car. I felt a weight lift off my shoulders and I felt both relieved and guilty.
*MONDAY MORNING*
I got in my car, taking a deep breath. It was the first time I was going to see Niall since what happened at the party. I pulled into his drive way and texted him that I was there. The whole time my heart was pounding and my hands were sweaty, but I couldn't tell if it was from excitement or nervousness. Niall came running out of the house and got in the car, a huge smile on his face.
"Hiya!"
"Hey." I pulled out of the driveway and drove. Why was he acting like nothing happened? Did he even remember? He had been drinking...
"Liam, are you ok?" Niall asked.
"What? Yeah."
Class dragged by but I honestly didn't mind. I like spending the time with him. As soon as we left 2nd period, I missed him. Suddenly, the day flew by. Niall was waiting for me by the bathrooms and we walked the gym. He told me about the debate he has to do in speech and I listened to him, I studied him. Today his hair was spiked up, his eyes seemed to be glowing and he looked utterly happy. We unlocked our gym lockers and as Niall started to change, my eyes wondered to his body and I felt my knees get weak; his body was amazing.
"Class, you're running laps in the gym today. Try not to walk a lot, whole period. Go." Mr. Pitt blew his whistle and we did as we were told. The whole time Niall and I pushed each other to either run faster or to take it easy. Sweat was dripping down our faces when Mr. Pitt blew the whistle, dismissing us. Niall and I took our time to get to the locker room and we were the last ones in there.
"Mr. Pitt is really hard on us, ain't he?" Niall said as he took his shirt off. I nodded, trying not to look at his body; he was so attractive. But I lost, my eyes glued to his abs and I surprised myself with what I did next. It was like deja vu but reversed roles; I pushed Niall against the lockers, pinning his body with mine and kissed him. Not roughly, but passionately. When our lips touched, it wasn't a spark I felt, it was an explosion. My heart was fluttering like crazy, my stomach had butterflies and my breath caught in my chest. Niall didn't fight against me, but instead wrapped his arms around my neck, tangling his fingers in my hair. I pulled back and looked into his ocean blue eyes that were now even brighter than before.
"Wow." Niall whispered, his fingers still in my hair.
"Did you feel that?" I murmured, my hands now on his hips. He didn't answer. Instead, he pulled my lips back to his, reconnecting them.
