When i opened my eyes we were driving through and old village. It had big old houses where once rich dukes and probably heirs to the throne would live and sleep. There were trees everywhere in which birds sang and squirrels climbed.
After daydreaming for a short while i asked my mum if we were nearly there "Yes just another 5 minutes" she replied. I stretched my arms and legs and yawned. I looked at my phone and it was 5:10. I checked my twitter and scrolled down my timeline saying "boring" "seen it before" "ew" "wow you're annoying". Getting bored of insulting people i clicked off twitter put my phone away and started getting my things ready to get out of the car. I was so excited, i had never been to america and couldn't wait to get there.
We pulled up to the airport and parked closest to the door, i got out and stretched again. I grabbed my bags and duvet and made my way to the boot and got out my suitcase. My mum,dad and sister got their stuff and we started walking towards to the airport. Me and my sister were chasing each other with our suitcases. "You can't catch me, you can't catch meeee!" i shouted as my sister was closing up on me. My sister then got her wheel caught in a crack in the pavement and her suitcase was in the air and she was on the floor. "Ahahhahhaha" i screeched. She ran to my mum crying and said it was my fault. "It was NOT my fault!" i argued. My mum glared at me and said "This is meant to be a family holiday, please stop arguing!" I opened my mouth to say something but decided it was best not to argue back.
We walked into the airport and got in line. Luckily, we had come in at the right time and there was only a couple people infront of us. Soon, we were checking in and going through passport control. I gave my suitcase to the man behind the till and he weighed it and passed it through. We all went and sat down in the departure lounge. It was 7:00 now i laid down on the cushioned chair and tried to sleep after a few minutes i fell off into a uncomfortable sleep.
Sorry it took me so long to update but i know where i want the story to go know erm i don't know if anyones reading this but yeah comment what you think because it helps. Thankss
