Phil's POV
I walked back home with James talking about random stuff. I don't even know why he followed me. Kind of weird but it was good company.
After I got inside I quickly got changed for work and said bye to James before leaving. I work in a cute coffee shop at the end of my road, it pays well; Considering its not very busy. My phone started to buzz, it was from work? Why are they calling me.
"Hello?"
"Hey Phil it's Sam, I'm just calling to say you'll be training a new employee."
"Oh okay that's fine, I'll see you in 5"
"I knew you'd be up to it, Okay bye Phil"
Ugh more work, he or she better be nice. I don't fancy having my last day with a snob or someone mean. I put my phone back into my pocket and headed out the door. Oh it's sunny now, yay!
I headed out the door and accidentally banged into some guy. He had gorgeous eyes, they looked obsidian. I know you wouldn't think black eyes were hot but damn it did him well. His face.. His body.. HIS BOOTY! PHIL WTF! You have a boyfriend? I couldn't help but look him up and down. Mmm.
He stood there staring at my face.. Is he okay..
"Erm sorry I didn't see you"
His mouth opened a little bit, why was he shocked? Did I have something on my face? DID I FORGET TO WEAR TROUSERS AGAIN!
Dans POV
I had a plan, I did some research on this Phil character. He works at a coffee shop and he lives with his boyfriend in a big apartment. He will be leaving for work soon so what I'm going to do is 'accidentally' bang into him.
I heard him walking down the stairs, here we go.
I walked into him, perfect know he knows me. I looked up at his face, I was shocked to see his face up close. He was truly an angel.. His beautiful blue eyes... His perfect jaw line. This creature is gods own creation, I would let him fuck me any day. I think he noticed me staring. But he was staring too?
"Erm I'm sorry I didn't see you"
Fuck! His voice is so deep! I want him to fuck me... It's official. Shit how am I going to kill him! I can't kill him! No Dan... It's your job. No backing out now Dan you have to do this, they don't call you beat assassin for nothing.
Wait a second.. Isn't that grim reaper going to kill him? I can't let an ugly creature like a grim reaper kill him. I can't let him die. What can I do? What will I do!

"Sorry it's my fault I didn't look"
I awkwardly walked away towards the coffee shop. Oh yeh did I tell you I was the new employee working there. Hopefully Phil is going to train me, even though I already know what to do because well I'm not stupid.
I went up to the counter and told them I was the new worker, I got told to go see the manager to get my uniform. I went into the managers office and oh my god, IT WAS SAM! She is demon to! But she's little different. She chose to live in the human world because she found a man that she loved. When demons fall in love they will get attached for life, if their partner dies then the demon will die of depression and sadness. So she had know choice to leave anyway just in case he died.
That's why demons don't stay in the human world for long, just in case they find there soul mate. Every demon has a soul mate, it may sound good and romantic. But it's a death trap for us. I have no idea who my soul mate is.. I've never seen a girl who could be my soul mate. I'd know because the girl would have made me speechless when I first saw her. Also when you've found your soul mate, their stomachs will glow a certain colour. If you both have matching colours then your soul mates. I've never had that happen yet, I wonder why?
"Dan! Is that really you!?"
"Hello Sam long time to see"
She got up and ran to hug me. when I first entered hell, she was the one to train me and guide me. When she left I got really sad, I'll be honest I never thought I'd see her ever again. I think it's been 4 years now.
"What are you doing here?!"
Do I tell her about Phil? Phil works here so what if she is really good friends with Phil. I don't want to brake her heart. I have to tell her...
"I have a new person to kill"
"Oh really who's the unlucky one hey"
she winked at me. She trained me really well so she knows whoever is my victim is very unlucky. She was okay with the killing, she used to be the best assassin.
"Erm.. Phil Lester" I tried to whisper that last part. But then I forgot demons have really good hearing.
Her eyes widened. I knew I shouldn't have told her.
"My Philly? He's on the demons list? He's never done anything wrong in his life! Oh my god wait..."
"What?"
"SHIT! I bet you it's his stupid boyfriend, his names James. He is a bad influence on Phil. I get this weird feeling about him and I don't know what it is. There's something different about James. So I've been keeping a close eye on him."
"I'm sorry it's my job I have to kill Phil."
"Dan... Just listen to me. Phil isn't all that bad, just promise me you won't kill him for one week. If you still want to kill him, finish the job"
another thing a demon can do, is they don't have to kill there prey, they can keep them alive but they have to have a good reason why and tell Sarah (satan) why they kept them living. Then Sarah decides if they should live or die. So far she hasn't said one person could live, I have never not killed a victim. Could Phil be the first mission I've failed?
I could kill Phil, I will just give it time to keep Sam happy.
"Fine I will wait.."
"YAY THANK YOU DAN, well lucky for you Phil is going to teach you about what to do. But I bet you already know don't you"
It's true I do.. I actually fell like I wanted to be with him.. Is that weird?
"Hello? Sam are you here?"
Chills went up my spine just by hearing his voice, what is he doing to me?
"I saw that Dan"
Sam whispered in my ear.
Sam's POV
I know Dan is going to fall in love with Phil, I just need to get James out the way. And whoever the grim reaper is who is trying to kill him.
Dans POV
I saw Phil freeze when we looked at me, he looked to his left and hid his face. I think I spotted a little blush. Cute. What did i just say?
"Phil this is Dan, he is the person your going to teach."
I'm pretty sure I saw his eyes sparkle, this dork is going to be the death of me..
"H-hi Dan I'm Phil.."
He held his hand out for me to shake.
"Hi nice to meet you"
Once I touched his hand, I felt electricity go through my hole body. Then everything went black.
