She was alone in the bathroom, eyes fixed like a statue. Pale like the full moon. Her hands shaking, shoulders quaking with tears streaming.
Feet bare and blood smeared, as glass glistened and shattered. Knees to her chest and bruises and cuts crissing and crossing. Breathe shallowed and eyes hollowed.
Bang bang bang...
She's waiting between worlds. Holding on, but she knew her time was coming to an end so young and fragile she's dead.
The door was shaking and the thunder was raging, before the bad news came about.
Daddy's breaking the door, and the world was spinning, but the pale moonlight caught her eye.
