Amanda
We ran out a vent.
"Wait!" I yelled they turned to me. I turned to Nick
"I can't leave him" I whispered
"Your going to have to" Nick snapped
"No" I yelled. "I made a promise to his father that I would get him back alive!!"
"Who are you talking about?" Minho questioned but I took off running
"Amanda!!" Nick yelled running after me.
I stopped at where Elowen stayed. Grasping a backpack I kicked the door open. Shrieks came everywhere from the doctors and workers. I pointed my gun at them and so did Nick
"Get on the ground" I yelled
They did and I ran inside
"Elowen!" I said. He crawled out looking scared I opened my backpack picking him up. "It's okay. Just stay down!"
He curled up as I closed the backpack shut.
"Nick lets go" I yelled. I grabbed my knives pouch and started running. I saw Nick grab more guns and put them in a backpack. He closed it and swung it over his shoulder.
With my original gun in my hand we ran through the corridors.
"Nick!" I heard Newt yell we turned and saw them all standing their. Behind the doors. We ran to them. I turned around and saw Thomas also running. I fired a shot and one of the guards went down.
"Cmon THOMAS, NICK, AMANDA" they yelled. We ran faster. I saw Nick get out. I grasped Thomas' arm and we both slid under. I felt Elowen shift in my backpack. I patted him. Minho held me closely to him and I couldn't help but blush at a time like this.
Aris smashed the keypad system.
"Thomas what's going on?!" Theresa cried.
Janson pounded against the door and both Nick and Thomas flipped him off.
Minho grabbed a backpack then my hand.
"C'mon Thomas let's go!!" He yelled. I saw Nick swipe his key card and the big doors opened.
"C'MON!!" He yelled.
I saw a storm of sand. I gasped and held a cloth to my mouth. Minho clutched me to his chest
We ran outside and I saw them come out with guns
"Come we'll loose them in the storm" Minho said as he dragged me along.
We ran and we found a place. It was dark.
"C'mon" Theresa said as she ran inside I huffed
"Theresa wait!" Thomas yelled
"Get down here!" She yelled
Minho helped me down. I clutched Aris hand and took out a flashlight passing it to Minho then getting my own.
Elowen cried out a shriek and they all yelled
"What the hell was that??" Winston asked
"It's okay!" I said. I put the backpack down and opened it. Elowen crawled out
"Griever!!" Someone yelled I saw Winston point a gun at him I screamed and Elowen hid behind me.
"Stop!" I yelled. Nick stood next to me gun pointed at Winston.
"It's a Griever!!" Thomas said
"I know" I sighed. "His name is Elowen. I take care of him"
"How does it not eat you?" Theresa asked
I pulled up my jacket revealing the marking in my arm
"What the..." Someone said they leaned in and written in my skin was:

Griever girl

"Your a Griever girl?" Minho asked as we searched the run out mall. Elowen in front of us next to Thomas.
He was sniffing the place out. Thomas had accepted the fact that Grievers were okay but I knew he was hurting since they killed Alby and his friends. I couldn't blame him.
I nodded
"When I was in the maze. I met them. I communicated with them. That day I left. Wicked..... They..... I had to leave. Or they would have killed Elowen and you. I couldn't let that happen. They had kidnapped Elowen and I had to save him. Ava. She restored my memories. We knew each other Minho"
"What about Nick?" He asked I sighed
"When I worked for WICKD. I remember watching Nick and Newt go in their. I remember crying for hours because we were all best friends. I remember Nick climbing in the box. Next thing I knew he jumped and tried to kill me." I laughed while Minho tensed and growled. I patted his arm. "I restored his memories. I helped him Escobar but he was taken by Janson"
I sighed kissing him. Suddenly I heard Elowen hiss. I trudged up. And stopped. My flashlight hit a man. More like a dead man
Minho and Thomas came up.
"What the hell?" I said. We walked towards the body
"Oh shit!" Thomas whispered I clutched Minho's arm.
He tried turning on a lamp
"They had power" I heard a screeching sound and we all jumped to see a mouse running. Elowen growled and ran after it
"Elowen!!" I yelled running after him
"Amanda no wait!!" Thomas yelled
They ran after me as I chased Elowen
"Elowen!" I yelled. I spotted him. He was chewing on the rat I cringed. I stroked him. "Don't do that again"
He just kept eating. I saw Thomas and Minho run up
"You okay!!" Minho asked I nodded I looked back at Thomas who was staring at something in a cage
"Look" Minho whispered. I looked up. He was looking at a generator. "This looks promising."
He flicked the switch on
"Wait Minho no!" Thomas said
The lights flickered and the power went on. I stood up with Elowen in my arms. Minho smiled. Then he frowned.
"Thomas watch out!!" He yelled. I looked up and saw a crank running our way. It hit the gate and roared at us. We stumbled back.
"Her eyes" Thomas said
"Cranks" I whispered
There was a crash and we turned to see another crank coming our way. I grabbed my gun but Elowen jumped out of my arms and growled at it. I would have laughed at how cute he liked but this was a serious situation.
He ran are way and Minho hit it in the head with a pipe.
"What the hell is that thing!" Minho yelled
"Cranks!" I said.
We turned and saw more cranks coming
"We gotta move gotta move!!" Thomas yelled Elowen growled and I picked him up and started running we ran through a door. Me and Thomas holding it down so they wouldn't get through. Minho pushed a cabinet down and we ran out the way.
We turned and saw more cranks coming our way
"GO, GO, GO!!" I yelled. We started running. Elowen ran faster then all of us and led the way. I grabbed my walkie/talkie
"NICK!!" I screamed in the device. "NICK!!"
"Amanda what's wrong?" He asked
"CRANKS!!" I yelled. We ran up on escalators. They came into view and I shoved the device back in.
"RUN!!" Thomas yelled.
"Oh shit..." I heard Newt say
"GO!!" I yelled as we neared them.
Nick threw Thomas a backpack and he caught it.
We ran up some more escalators
"WHAT THE HELL ARE THOSE THINGS?!?!" Someone yelled
"CRANKS!!!" Nick screamed.
"WHAT?!" Winston asked
"SHUT UP AND MOVE!!!!" I screamed.
Another one came running at us as we reached the top. Aris ran at it.
"ARIS NO!!" I yelled but he hit the crank in the leg.
Minho grabbed my arm
"WE GOTTA FIND A WAY OUTTA HERE!!"
"NO SHIT!!" I yelled
That's when a crank crashed the glass and jumped on Newt. He screamed
"NOOO NEWT!!" Nick yelled running back for him I ran after Nick.
I saw Nick pull out a blade and stab the crank. He picked Newt up and kissed him
"LETS GO!!" I yelled breaking them apart.
We went down a corridor. I saw Elowen up front.
"Guys were are we going?" Newt asked. We reached a door and Thomas was trying to open it. The cranks ran to us.
I pulled out one of my knives and threw it. It went threw one of them in the head and then got stuck in another ones stomach. They both fell.
"Cmon keep running" Nick grabbed me and pulled me along
We found a door but it was locked. Thomas and Minho were pushing the door
"We'll hold them back!!" I yelled Nick was next to me and so was Winston. I reached for my usual gun and so did Nick while Winston raised a regular gun
"1, 2, 3... FIRE!!" Nick said. He was acting like a solider.
I saw multiple cranks go down
"GET THE DOOR OPEN!!" Winston yelled behind us
I saw Frypan slam the door open. We ran. But one of the cranks grabbed Winston and pulled him back. He screamed. We grabbed onto him
I watched as the cranks tore his skin apart on his stomach. I cringed and shut my eyes gulping but then turned back to them still pulling. I heard a hiss and we turned and saw Elowen running
I saw him chomp down on two of the cranks hands and tear them off. They roared. We pulled Winston out.
Nick, me and Minho held the door.
"GO THOMAS, MINHO!!" I yelled. Minho shook his head and instead grabbed me, and Thomas we started running. I saw Nick shooting at them ahead. And Elowen was next to me.
I felt Theresa grasp my hand and pull me down. We hid under some broken cement. I heard the cranks roar and sniffing. We turned off our flashlights. I kept Aris and Elowen close
Winston whimpered. I turned him so I could see him. I checked his wounds. Claw marks down his stomach. I looked up at Nick. He knew Winston was infected. I picked up my bag and brought out some healing medicine. It would just heal the wounds faster not that it mattered.
I pulled up his shirt and started rubbing some on the wounds. I heard a growl from Minho and I saw jealously in his eyes I glared at him
"He's hurt." I snapped quietly.
When I was finished I wrapped it up in some bandages.
"Your going to be okay!" I whispered. But I saw Winston look up at me slowly. He knew I was lying.

"Amanda!!" Someone said. "Amanda!!" I jerked up and saw Minho standing over me. "Cmon we gotta go"
He helped me up. I kissed him
"Are you okay?" I asked he nodded kissing my forehead.
"I'm just....." I started. "Tired. I want this to end so we can be together!"
"We will soon!" He gave me one last big kiss then took my hand
I stayed with Winston because he was hurt. Elowen was sniffing the place out. We climbed the broken ruble me and Nick helping Winston up.
We reached the top.
We walked down a flat road
"What the hell happened to this place?" Frypan asked
"I don't know" Newt answered. "But it doesn't look like anyone's been here in a long time"
"The flare" I said they turned to look at me but I kept my eyes on Elowen who had found a mouse. And ate it. I looked away
"I hope the whole worlds not like this!" Aris said as we started walking again
"Whoa, whoa. Hang on stop!!" Thomas said. He waited. We looked at him. "You hear that?"
Elowen craned his neck.
"Get down!!" Thomas yelled. "Everybody hide, hide"
We hid under a plank of wood. Elowen growled at the planes and helicopters as they passed by.
"They're never going to stop looking for us." Minho said. "Are they?"
