"What shall we name him?"the woman asks. I stand quietly in the corner of the room, scared for the newborn child. Please don't call him Gerald,please no. "How about Gerald, after your father," Says her husband. "Perfect!" She exclaims. A tear slips out of my eye, but I cannot intervene. Her farther is ill, dying with cancer. Tonight he will collected by my mother,she's better known as the Angel of death. Don't let the name fool you, my mother is sweet, so gentle. Her job is to collect the souls, reaping them at the last second of their life. Yet sometimes she gets confused, and collects the wrong people, this can happen if two people have the same name. If she is quick enough to realise her mistake she will return them back to their body, if not they are dead. Sometimes she drops them though, not purposely of course, have you ever woke up to that feeling, a feeling as if you've been dropped?
