"You can't change someone's behaviour, all you can do is remind them, and hope that Allah will change their heart"
_____

"Yes" I said softly while faking a blush with a slight smirk which I couldn't resist

"Did she say yes or my ears are ringing" Ahmish Bhai said while teasing

"Stop teasing my daughter Ahmish, I am so proud to have a daughter like her because our prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said 'whoever is put to trial with daughters anyway, but then does good by them, there will be a barrier between him and the hell fire' and I am glad she chose the right one " Abbu said while giving me a side hug followed by ammi
I was feeling sorry for them because they were happy on such news which would never work out

"Poor Ahmad doesn't even know what disaster he's going to live with the rest of his life" Abdullah said with a wink and Ahmish Bhai smirked

"Abbuuu" I nagged

"Stop it you two, although I know you are right but let it be because she's here only for a day" Abbu said with a slight smile

"Huh ammi is in my side, isn't it ammi?" I asked while putting my arm around her shoulder
Just then I saw tears brimming in my ammi's eye. Ya Allah no matter how much we fight in the end I can't bear a single tear on my parent's eyes.

"What happened ammi?" I asked while rubbing her back

"Nothing beta she's just sad because your farewell is near" Abbu informed me
Wow Abbu knows her so deeply. I wish to have the same type of relation with my hubby at the end when we turn old.

"Ammi why do you do that? I'll be in the very same town" I said calming her

"Ammi don't worry I'll bring you a daughter in law better than Ayesha" Ahmish bhai said with a smirk
Everyone giggled at his remark including ammi.

"No one can take a daughters place you naughty son" ammi said while twisting Ahmish bhai's ear

"Ouch" is what all Ahmish bhai could say

"Okay everyone go to sleep, tomorrow will be a hectic day. We don't need to prepare anything for a lavish ceremony because Ahmad said he wants the nikah as per sunnah, so no costly things but there are some arrangements to be made so buck up everyone to your bed." Abbu said and soon everyone headed to their respective bed rooms

____

"Yup i'll be there in ten minutes" i disconnected the call after informing him
It was soon morning and I had to discuss my plan with Hazal so the first thing I have to do this morning is to set a meeting with him.

I headed downstairs to the living room where everyone were having their breakfast.

"Ammi I am going to Hana's house, I have to do some shopping and I need her help" I half lied

"Okay beta go but have something" ammi said while handing me a sandwich

"No ma I'll have it with Hana" I said in a pleasing tone but ammi being ammi made sure that I drink a glass of juice before leaving the house

I reached cafe in 15 minutes after leaving my house plus it took 10 minutes in making my mom convince that I don't want to eat anything and I had to drink a glass of juice in return because I never said *I don't want to drink anything*. Seriously? Mom's I tell you.

"You are late." Hazal said while gazing his watch

"Sorryyy my mom was after me" I replied batting my eye lashes

"So, did your dad agree?" He asked
Poor thing doesn't know that dad rejected him in the very first place

"Umm no he isn't convinced with you and I need to confess something very important and please don't freak out" I uttered in nervousness

"Okay you are the one who is freaking right now" he said while raising an eyebrow
What? Okay breath in breath out. Calm down Ayesha you have to do this

"Mydadhasfixedmynikahwithsomeoneelse" I said in a breath

"What? Will you say it clearly?" He blurted out
Is he deaf?

"I said that my dad has fixed my nikah with someone..."

"What rubbish are you talking about, you can't marry someone else" he hushed in anger while cutting me off

"I said don't freak out, will you listen to my complete story?" I asked

"I said yes because I can't loose my family and they think my choice is not the right one. I dunno who is that Ahmad named boy and he has like done a magic over my dad with his so called good answers. You know what did he say?" I asked while a smile tugged at the end of my lips

"It seems he has done magic on you more than he has done at your dad because you are so excited while talking about him. Anyways come to the point, what's your plan?" He said grumpily
Really? Nah I hate that Ahmad guy. I know Hazal is jealous that is why he's taunting me

"Huh it seems some one is jealous. Okay my plan is I'll marry him and treat him badly and he'll be frustrated with me and then probably he'll show his bad sides and I'll make his life hell and show my family how wrong their decision was and then he'll divorce me and we'll live happily after" I said in a breath while huffing

"Seriously? Is this your plan? You'll marry him?" He said in a surprise

"What's harm in that?" I rolled my eyes

"I mean you'll be divorced and you know how divorcees are treated and all" he said with a sigh

"God, which world are you living in? Why does 'Divorce' word have such a powerful impact on people? Why is it used against women's which make them feel powerless and hopeless? Being a divorced women isn't the end of the world. The journey with their spouse ended their for a god damn reason, they were brought into each others life for a lesson Doesn't divorcees have the right to move on?" I blurted out in anger

"Everyone has anger built inside them and I can also show you my anger. I just said that the society doesn't look down that way" he said with his blood shot eyes built in anger I have never seen.
May be he's upset because of all that is happening around

"Woah calm down mister, just tell me do you agree?" I said while calming down

"Umm I don't know" he said biting his lip

"What? I am betraying my family and doing nonsense things just to get you and all you are saying is that you don't know? Are you having second thoughts?" I nagged

"Umm no no I approve of it" he said while still looking confused
Yay mission accomplished

"Okay done then will update you soon. Take care and miss me" I said while leaving the cafe

Later I went to Hana's house and we went for some compulsory shopping which would be needed tomorrow.

"Sometimes Allah separates you from people, trust his ability to teach you how to live without them." Hana said in a soothing tone while going through the bride dresses
Yeah she doesn't know my plan and I am neither planning to tell her

"Hmm. You were the one who was planned to marry first but now see it's me who's getting married in such a short notice" I said with a sigh

"I told na you never know what's written in our qadr except Allah. We set an alarm for tomorrow morning in a hope to wake up but who knows we might be able to see tomorrow's sun or not" Hana said while giving direction for dress trial

"Is it okay?" I asked as I came out from the trial room

"Perfect" she said while gesturing her hand indicating the dress as awesome
We had done our shopping and and were heading towards our sweet homes

"Ayesha Allah will test you in many ways, everything happens for a reason. Allah is the only one who knows the reason behind it and when it is the time for you to understand that reason, Allah will show you signs, the reason behind whatever has happened will become clear one day, one day when you are strong enough to deal with what has happened and why you were tested in such a manner. Allah promises us in Quran that 'Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear'. So whatever trial comes your way is something that Allah has planned and which he has guaranteed you can handle. I know deep down you are sad but trust Allah's plan. 'Say: nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us....'. Just believe in Allah and his plans." Hana said and all I could do is nod in her Islamic teachings.

We departed for our homes as tomorrow was the nikah and we had a lot of work to do, no time for chit chatting. Allah knows what will happen tomorrow. My status is going to change and I am going to marry such a man whom I have never seen and neither do I know anything about him except his name and so called awesome answers.
