Four-Natural leader and strong both mentally and physically means that Four is the Head keeper. No one questions his authority as he's always got everyone's best interest at heart.
Peter-Runner, Peter is thrill seeking and very strong physically. Becoming a runner is perfect for him.
Will- Will is strong physically but also had a gentle touch about him. He's the perfect track hoe. He's strong enough to do the strenuous work and gentle enough to care for more delicate plants.
Caleb-Caleb is a Med Jack. He's really smart so being a doctor figure is perfect for him.
