Hey Hey it's Jane R6ae!
This is the poem that was supposed to be added onto the short note titled please (it's all lowercase, I know).
To note, usually my poetry doesn't rhyme fully, if at all. So rhyming may or mayn't occur. This was quickly written, on Friday & posted now.
Before the poem I wanted to express my appreciation: Thank you for your votes, comments, reads and follows. It means a lot to me.
Pray for Paris-Poem: Friday the 13th
One day of the week
Friday the thirteenth
People were watching,
Eating and shopping
In a little place
known as Paris
Friday the thirteenth
In 2015, a day in the year
Unforgotten by our peers
Hideous words filled our ears
Friday the thirteenth.
Friday the thirteenth.
Bad luck was handed
No missiles were landed
Shots were fired
People were tired
Of the screams that filled the streets
And the corpses laid in sheets
In a little place known as Paris
Things happened on the 13th
Absolutely terrible things
Innocence lost, too many to count
The innate evil expressed itself.
Sadness showed it's face.
Grieving took it's place
On Friday the 13th
On Friday the 13th
Please pray for Paris
Everyday
Please pray for humanity.
