You and Shawn were walking around the pet adoption centre, looking for a puppy. Shawn said it was a small gift for you, so when he's gone for months, you'll always have someone there.
"That's ones cute." He says pointing to a German Shepard. He soft brown eyes gleaming up at you, filled with sadness.
"Yes, but that isn't the one."
You walk for ages, not seeing one you would like. You felt bad, connecting with the animals then deciding you didn't want that one.
You decided to go for a walk, hoping to think of a decision.
"Shawn?" You ask, hands intertwined.
"Yes?" He asks, glancing down at you smiling.
"I think I know which one I want."
"And which one is that?" He says smiling wider.
"Okay, well his big. Soft, kind and loving. I think I want to name him Shawn. And take him home so he can never leave me." You say referring to Shawn.
"I would love that." He says, making you snuggle into him.
