"Beckhams", Principal Givens greeted as we entered the school
"Gena! How are you?", my mother greeted her with a hug- she's such a sweetie
"I'm doing just fine and how are you and the family?", she replied with a smile
"Good, so far and hoping that my children are doin well", mom stated then gave my brother and I a one second death glare- and there goes the sweetness....
"I'm sure they're passing all their class", Givens chuckled "now if you'll excuse me". We went to get our report cards from the main office. My mom opened mine while Dad opens Nathan. We both closed our eyes and held our breaths. I heard the rip of paper, a sigh, then mom's arms surrounded me, squeezing me
"The honor roll!!! I'm so proud of you!", she cheered and I signed in relief
"How's my other baby?", she asked looking over at Nathan's report card and smiled "it's just one class, you're still doing well in all your other classes"
"He's still failing Calculus", Dad commented and Mom rolled her eyes
"If I remember correctly a certain someone was failing three classes back in highschool", she said winking at Dad and he sighed "we'll get him a tutor, the school has a program for that so no worries"
"Okay off to meet the teachers". Mom and dad walked off, we followed- this is going to be an interesting night...

"Natalie is a delight in class!", my Economics teacher said with a smile, making my mom smile "Nathan is a little disruptive, but gets his work done"
"Okay thank you", Dad spoke sternly and she blushed- oh god!
"No problem", she replied shyly and I nearly threw up
"Alright, come on honey", Mom said sweetly but gave my teacher a evil glare "to the next class?"
"Yup", he chuckled taking her hand and went for the door, but it already opened. A sweet smell hit my nose, making me freeze as my eyes met hazel ones- fuck!

"Jamie Beckham". My dad looked at the man in disgust and he had no problem looking right back. I was too busy staring at Dante to realize
"Aren't you going to introduce me to your children? Been a long time old friend", he said politely with a smile and Dad glared at him even more(if that's even possible) "this is my son Dante and his fiancé Elena". Wait! Woah! What?! His fiancé?! I can hear my heart shattering to pieces, but I kept a nonchalant face so Dante wouldn't see my emotions. I couldn't let him see it, I had to swallow it like a champ and show that I'm the Alpha's daughter. A girlfriend I could deal with, they can break up easily, but a fiancé.... I'm fucking done for!
"This is Nathan and Natalie", my father spoke sternly and I looked at his father. Dante was a spitting image of his father; white hair but a little long than, hazel eyes and a evil smirk
"If I may ask, don't you think he's too young to marry?", Mom asked
"Of course not!", he chuckled merrily and Dante smirked "a king needs a queen does he not?". My heart shattered again, damn am I made of fucking glass? Dante was not only engaged and a vampire, but this asshole was the future king of them! You gotta be fucking kidding me?!
"Well, excuse us, we have to get to another class", dad walked out with mom next to him then said lowly "enjoy your stay here because it won't last long". I walked passed Dante with a stern serious face, but really? I was crying and screaming on the inside
"Hey Natalie!", someone called, Dante and I turned to see Tyler "wow, you look..."
"Normal", I scoffed with a smile and he chuckled
"No, you look beautiful", he replied and I blushed "I like the new look"
"Thanks", I mumbled looking down and I could see Dante glaring from the corner of my eye then went into the classroom with his family
"Um so you're here with your family?", he asked and I nodded "same, my dad's pretty pissed about my grades. Not doing to good"
"I could tutor you if you want", I blurted out then looked away again- why the hell am I acting so shy?
"Yeah, that would be awesome!", he cheered and pulled me into a hug "um here's my number, let me know when you're free"
"Tyler!", a woman called from down the hall and he sighed
"I have to go, but I'll see ya tomorrow", he spoke pulling me into a hug and I let him. He smiled at me again, before running off to his mom, I guess, and I went to find my parents. On the way, I saw Nathan and James talking by the lockers- I don't want to interrupt them
"Hey Nathan, sorry to interrupt but you know where mom and dad are?", I asked lowly and waved to James, who waved back
"Yeah, in 210", he replied not taking his eyes off of James
"Thanks". I walked down the hall, but stopped at the corner and looked back. Nathan said something and James started to smile a little. They are too cute for words.
Nathan's POV
My parents and I continued to walk, as Natty talked to her friend. We passed one of the classrooms and his sweet smell filled my nose
"Hey Nathan!", James greeted with a huge smile and I held my blush "oh hello..."
"Hello, I'm Nathan's mother!", my mom greeted and James eyes widened
"You look so young", he gasped and she blushed "oh I'm sorry, I'm James"
"I remember", she winked- remember? From where? "When you drop my Nathan home from studying"
"Yup", James nodded and I blushed- shit! So he dropped me off...
"I'll let you two talk", she pat my shoulder and walked to find my father. I scratched the back of my neck and looked down
"How have you been?", James and I smirked
"Pretty good", I answered "got a bit of a headache"
"Yeah, you were pretty drunk last night"
"Do you.... Do you remember anything?", he said lowly and I shook my head "oh"
Should I remember anything? I asked frowning
Yeah, let's jog your memory a little, Eren chuckled and suddenly everything came rushing back into my mind. I.... Kissed.... James....
Yes and he kissed you back, Eren said and I blushed

"Hey Nathan, sorry to interrupt but you know where mom and dad are?", Natalie asked, appearing out of nowhere and waved to James, who waved back
"Yeah in 210", I replied not taking my eyes off of James
"Thanks". I nodded and decided to change the subject
"So um, how are your class?", I asked
"Great! I passed all my classes!", he beamed, his whole changed- thank the mood goddess! "What about you?"
"Calculus is the only thing that's killing me", I chuckled sadly and he pout- too cute "yeah, my dad isn't too happy about that"
"Um Nat... If uh you need help then I can be your tutor", he suggested looking away blushing and I smiled- I like him saying my nickname "if you don't I totally understand"
"No!", I immediately blurted almost scaring myself "I mean, that would be great. Um should I give you my number or?..."
"Yeah, here", he unlocked his phone and passed it me. I smiled at his adorable dolphin background and saved my number into his contacts
"James!", a venomous voice yelled and James jumped "let's go!"
"Um I- I'll text you when I get home", James mumbled taking his phone back then sped walk away "bye Nat". My eyes followed him as he caught up with a older man. The man glared at me then grabbed James arm tightly and they walked the hall.
Who the hell was that? I growled and kept myself from walking after them
I don't know but he deserve to get that same damn hand chopped off, Eren growled as well and I just took a deep breath. I brushed it off and went to find my family.
