I looked at the mirror and saw the ring and how it shines. I was all dresses up, wearing a red dress, and golden jewelry.
I smiled as I looked at it for the millionth time.
It's happening. I'm growing up.
"You enjoying the view as much as I am?" Simon grinned as he hugged me from behind and rested his head on my shoulder.
"Even after seeing it for the millionth time, it's still beautiful... It makes me really happy..." I smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Just like you..." He looked at me in the mirror.
"Come on let's go, the guest are waiting..." He said holding my hand.
Simon wore a suit. He looked adorable. I adjusted hi tie and smiled.
"That's better... Now let's go..." I put my hand back in his.
We went downstairs and celebrated our engagement. I can't believe I was going to be with this man for the rest of my life. There's no words that describe how much love and happiness I feel.
After the night they all went home and we were getting ready for bed.
I wiped all the make up of my face and changed into my pajamas.
"Bedtime!!!" Simon shouted and carried me.
We screamed and laughed as he dropped me on the bed.
I laughed.
He was lying next to me with his face close to mine.
I smiled. "Hiii...."
"I'm gonna love waking up to this beautiful face everyday, knowing your my wife..."
I kissed him.
"You're so sweet... I love you." I hugged him.
"I love you too..." He rested his head on me.
We soon drifted to sleep.
He was gonna be my husband.
And I was gonna be his wife.
Everyone deserves a chance to have this kind of love.
