Meghan's POV
I couldn't take it anymore. I ran away.
"No no no no." I would scream.
I was down by the beach by now. A hermit crab walked over my hand. No one was at the beach. I looked at my wedding ring, questioning why I even married Charlie. This thought broke me into tears, because I threw up yesterday three times. And, I took at pregnancy test. It was 100%. And now, I'm just trying not to think this because I don't want my baby to not have a dad. It just, kills me inside.
"Charlie, we have a child." I would repeat to myself.
"Charlie. Come to cove beach now." I texted him.
"I'm coming now babe. I love you so much."
He almost immediately got here. He sat down next to me and wiped the tears from my face.
"Meghan. Why did you run away?" Charlie asked.
I could see tear marks on his face.
"Charlie. Because, I've had enough of this. We get married after all of these horrible events, then your going on tour so we have to divorce, what's next? Abortion!" I sobbed.
"Abortion?" Charlie asked confused.
I could tell he got the rest, but abortion.
"Um, I forgot to tell you." I sobbed.
I really wasn't ready to tell him. It's so early and, he's going on tour. Why would I tell him? Screw it.
"Charlie, we have a child," I blurted.
His jaw dropped. Tears ran down his face. He noticed my half swollen belly.
"Meg- meg-we have a child!" Charlie cried.
"Charlie. We can be parents. We can be a family."
Charlie's POV
Meghan, she's having a baby. And I'm going on tour for three months. Maybe more. No, this can't be happening. No no no. I can't divorce her with a baby. I can't. I just can't.
"Meghan, I'm going on tour." I sobbed.
"I know, char. And I want you to pursue your dream and go on tour, I'll be fine."
"No Meghan. I'm not leaving you with a baby, I'm not going to. I'm cancelling the tour."
"No, Charlie. Don't cancel the tour. Go on it. Don't think about me." Meghan said.
"I can't leave you Meghan! I can't leave my child either!!"
"Please, Charlie."
Time skip
There was only three hours till I left for tour. I didn't want to leave my child or my true love. I had to do this though. I had to. My manager arrived at the door.
"Charlie! Come on we have to leave!" My manger yelled.
Meghan stood at the corner, crying.
"Meghan,"
"Charlie, go and have fun." She cried.
A tear ran down my face. I hugged her tightly for ten minutes.
"get the fuck out here Charlie!" I heard my manager scream.
I felt Meghan's stomach.
"Say hi to our child every day for me."
"I will Charlie. Now go,
Live your dream."
