Chapter One: A New Life.

The first day of school should be exciting, right? WRONG. I've been dreading this day since the begining of summer. I am going to a new high school. I'm Jr, 16 years old. I can tell it's not going to be a good day. Why? Because it's 5:30 am.
I reluctunly roll out of my comfy warm bed onto the cold unwelcoming hardwood floor. Time for my daily get-ready-for-school routine, all over again. I go into the bathroom and turn on the shower. I love hot showers, they wash away the stress, momentarily.
I dry out my hair and pick out some cute clothes, after all, it is the first day of school. Although, I would prefer my pjs.
I curled my medium lengthed blonde hair and put on "my face".
Down the stairs, it's now 7:00, The bus should be at the stop in 15 minutes. Right on time.
I eat breakfast quickly. My mom and dad go to work early so I have the house to myself in the morning, which is nice. Since typical parents make a big fuss out of the first day of school.
I take one last look in the mirror. I'm a tall slender girl, I don't have big boobs or a big ass, but my looks make up for it, at least that's what I think.
I wait with other kids at the bus stop but I pay no attention to them. I plugged in my headphones and cranked up Tik Tok.
The school is huge!! Which I was afraid of. I have no friends and I can tell that I'm going to get lost. Great.
"Hey! You must be the new girl!" I voice from behind says interrupting my thoughts.
"I guess the word gets out fast." I reply "I'm Leighanna. Nice to meet you." I take a closer look and notice it's a cute brown haired blue eyed guy. He's tall and muscular. My type.
"Leighanna, huh? I like it!" the gorgeous guy says. "I'm Mark." He sticks out his hand and shakes my mine. "So what brings you to Seattle?" He asks.
"I moved from Kent. My parents gor new jobs so we moved." I explained.
"Are there a lot of cute girls in Kent?" He winks at me. I blush.
"Well urm... Uh.. This school is-"
"Big, huh? Yeah it's the biggest high school in Seattle. Always confusing on the first day, but you'll get used to it." He shrugged. "I'd be happy to give you a tour." He says with a smile.
"That would be great! But I have to check in the office to get my classes." I say.
"Not a problem, we can start the tour from there. Take my arm and we'll be on our way, my lady." He grins and puts his arm out.
I sigh happily and take it, we walk up the stairs to the main enterance and to the office.
Maybe this day wouldn't be so bad after all. I just hope other people are nice and the teachers don't suck.
