The next morning i heard a woman at the door with the mystery man, but i couldn't make out what they were saying. They opened the door a woman with a back dress and a mask on came in. She said nothing. She was just observing me like I was a new toy or something. I looked at her and said "please let me go I need to live and be happy with my life i don't want to die". She said nothing. She just stared at me in silence.
I looked at the gun in her right pocket. If they take me somewhere else i can try to snatch it out of her pocket. So that was my new plan since my old one didn't work out well.
Sydney's P.O.V.
I wonder where Megan is? She hasn't been coming to school in 3 days i thought to myself. I walked up to Anu and haley and asked them if they knew where Megan was, and they said no. I'm going to look for her after school and i don't want Anu and Haley coming with me this might be dangerous. After school i went to the park where Megan and I used to hang out, and she wasn't there. I went to her house and asked her parents they said that they got a text saying she was staying with her grandma. That wasn't true if anything she hated her grandma. She couldn't be in a room alone with her so i went looking. I called her phone a man picked up this was our convo
Sydney: hello
Mystery man: if u want your friend back u better come soon.
Sydney: where is she?
Mystery man: what would be the fun in that? your gonna have to find her yourself, so if u care about her i would hurry.
Megan's P.O.V.
They finally decided to take me somewhere else. I got up and managed to grab the gun. I shot her in the leg and the mystery man in the arm i ran as fast as i could. I got home locked the doors and shut the blinds. My parents said "why are u home so soon"? I said "oh umm....grandma and me had another terrible fight". They went along with it. I didn't want to tell them anything that could make the get hurt.
I was home safe home and it felt good.
One problem i can't go back to school they could be anywhere. So I can say i'm sick or something.
Sydney's P.O.V.
I went to the store and someone snatch me with a black mask and said "where is she. She escaped yesterday". I said "i don't know i have been looking for her since yesterday". The man left, but i was going to go to Megan's house again. I went to her house and knocked on the door her parents opened it. Her parents said "yes she got home yesterday after you came". I walked in and saw her and she hugged me and was crying. She knew i knew somehow. Then the black van pulled up again came in and shot everybody.
Megan was dead, her mom was dead, and her dad was dead, and i was the killer.
Haley's P.O.V.
Then i woke up.
