Chapter 30- Joe's POV
"Joe... Joe..Joe! Come on gorgeous it's time to get up." I hear my girlfriend tell me as she softly shakes my shoulders.
"Mhmm.." I manage out just so she knows I heard her.
After a few minutes I try opening up my eyes but I'm blinded by the glossy, golden rays of sunshine streaming through the windows illuminating the entire room.
Tiredly, I reach under the pillow for my phone and see 'Monday 7 September 07:30' and I'm straight away reminded that's it's my birthday tomorrow and I'm turning 24! Which I find really hard to believe.
Quickly I realise I should probably get up seeing it's 7:30am we are planning to be at the hotel by the early hours of the afternoon so we can look around for abit and do something before we go out for the romantic dinner I've planned in the evening.
I pull myself out of bed and head for the bathroom. Trudging along tiredly i get to the large ensuite and see Ella stood next to the door by the mirror fixing her hair. I go up behind her and snake my arms around her waist and snuggle my head into her neck. We've been boyfriend and girlfriend for nearly 2 and a half months yet everytime I do this i still get butterflies.

"So are you excited?" Tanya asks us over the breakfast table.
"Yesss, I'm so excited!" Ella squeals, she been jumping around all morning and it's so cute. She doesn't even know half the stuff I've planned, *wink wink*.
I smile at Jim an Tanya across the table as I put a forkful of pancake into my mouth, making my tastebuds dance. Tanya is such a good cook.
We were planning to not wake them this morning but they kindly got up early and made us all breakfast. They said it was a little birthday treat for tomorrow because they won't see me again for a while.
"So Joseph, we want to give you something." Jim smirks, I know from that smile it is going to be something slightly inappropriate, like a joke present to make me laugh.
"Uh no Jim, that present is only from you," Tanya laughs, so it's definitely inappropriate then.
Once we finish eating Tan hand me a medium sized package wrapped in blue paper and smiles, "open it!" She squeals.
I start to tear the paper and smile when I see large collage photo frame, it had pictures of me and all my friends and then one in the middle of me, Zoe and Ella. A really old one.
I gave her a quick hug to show my appreciation telling her thankyou and then Jim hands me a small box and does his evil smirk again. I open it slowly, unsure if what it is underneath the paper but then see writing that says, 'Belgian chocolate willy'
"What?!" I shout, erupting into a fit of laughter.
"Tadaa!" Jim starts to giggle uncontrollably like a little girl.
I stare at him, my jaw dropped.
"Just.. Why??" Laughing again.
"Well it's a chocolate willy, what more could you want?" I sigh and chuckle, deciding I love our friendship. He understands my humour, atleast one of my friends would get me a present that's willy related.

Ella's POV
"So as most of you know, Tanya and Jim stayed over last night and are going to until tomorrow night for when Zoe and Alfie get home." I say into my vlogging camera, it was so sweet of Caspar to buy it for me and it makes me so happy to call him one of my best friends.
I quickly turn my camera around to Tanya and Jim so they can say hi and the nto Joe, saying "and I'm also here with this one.
"So me and Joe are just about to leave to drive down to St. Ives where we are staying for a few days over his birthday, our bags are already in the car so now it's time to say goodbye to Janya.." I say looking at them sadly before filming giving them both a tight hug and then running off to say bye to the animals.
Once I've said a little, farewell for a few days to Nala, Pippin and Percy and then Martha, I turn my vlogging camera off and go and say another proper goodbye to Janya.
After hugging them again, this time a long bear hug, me and Joe go and jump into my mini convertible, Joe in the drivers seat, as we start our journey.

I lean back in the leather car seat as the soft breeze and golden sunshine hit my face, the warm air feels thin and after living Brighton all this time I know that air means the seaside.
I slowly open my eyes and look out of the car as we have the roof down, and my breathe hitches as I look through my topshop sunglasses.
The view outside the car is breath taking, absolutely beautiful. I stare at the golden sand and crashing waves with a smile before looking over to Joe in the drivers seat.
"It's stunning," I whisper still admiring the sight.
"It's beautiful, just not as beautiful as you." He looks over at me with a smirk.
"You are so cheesy." I laugh.
When we finally reach the hotels main building we park up the car and head towards the reception.
Once we have been told everything we need to know and have our little apartment key, we leave and get back into the car for the few minute drive to the beach apartment.
Joe parks as close to the apartment as he can and we get our luggage out, these 4 days are going to be absolutely amazing.
Pulling along my turquoise ted baker wheelie suitcase that's identical to Tanya's and Zoe's, I head towards the door behind Joe.
He fumbles for the key and slowly opens the painted white door, throwing it open to reveal a beautiful white apartment. I run in in excitement and straight infront of me is a very modern themed living room, with white walls a small open kitchen and table in the corner, a grey sofa covered in lots of cute cushions, a wooden coffee table and lots of cute touches aswell as lots of scented candles.. The second I see them I make a mental note to light them later.
Through the living room there is a fancy wooden door which I open quickly knowing it's the bedroom.
Right in the centre of the room is grey framed bed with spotless white cotton bedding and more cute cushions. There is a small dressing table and two doors, one leads into a little walk in wardrobe and the other leads into a fancy white themed bathroom. Also next to the bed on each side is a little bedside table for each of us and next to one of them is a big white paned glass double door making my jaw drop.
Outside the double door there is a small white wooden porch styled platform that has a couple of wooden steps that lead out onto the golden sand and about 50 metres away there is the beautiful blue crashing waves. All of the beach infront of our room is owned by the hotel so is our private beach for the next 4 days.
I call Joe in and open the doors, stepping outside and admiring the stunning beach. Joe comes and stands next to me, his eyes also fixed on the sea as he reaches for my hand.
We slowly look at eachother with a cheeky smile, kicking my sandals and Joe kicking of his vans and socks, we run down the steps and out onto the glistening sand.
Before we know it we are on the floor in heaps of laughter after chasing each other around the beach and messing around for ages like little kids.
We lie next to each other looking up at the blue sky as the sun hits our face. It is about 2:00pm and we haven't really done anything yet, I just know that I don't want this moment to end. I shuffle a little closer to Joe and he puts his arm around me as I nuzzle my head into his side.
We stay like that, cuddling on a private strip of the beach listening to the crashing waves with massive smiles on our faces, and in this moment, I knew, we were infinite.
