YouTube to distract it
Write to confuse it
Read to change it
Listen to forget it
I do all these to run from it
The one thing we all can't escape from
Our own minds
I can't hide from myself
What's on the inside
I wear a sheet of heavy hate
I have pillows of regret
And a blanket of sadness
All in the bed I lay in
I can't sleep
