Chapter 15

He was looking cute as fuck tho. He was wearing some black jeans, a white and red Polo shirt, and his Sons of Mars Jordans. Why did we both decide to wear the same sneakers though! Anywho, I got in the car and he drove off. So, because I wanted to be annoying, I decided to mess with him.
Me: sooooo... where are we going?
Bryant: haha I told you its a surprise.
Me: I know but I really just want to know.
Bryant: Well you're just gonna have to wait.
Me: Ok then I'm just gonna pout til we get there.
Bryant: Ok cool, but just so you know you're being petty and its cute.
My dumb ass starts blushing letting him know his comment got to me. Damn it! He can't get to me. I'm supposed to be "mad" at him, besides the fact that I'm too damn black to blush. OK now I have to stop smiling.
Bryant: Don't try to act like you ain't just like what I just said. I know you heard me.
Then I couldn't hide it any more. I just bussed out laughing. So we were just riding in the car jamming to music. Then my song came on, Right By My Side by Nicki Minaj ft. Chris Brown, and of course I started singing. He stopped jamming and then started looking back a forth between me and the road. So, I kept singing and staring at him confused.
Me: Why you staring at me like that?
Bryant: because you never told me you could sing!
Me: I can't! (I tried to play it down like I don't sing all the time, but he saw right through me.)
Bryant: Naw nigga stop lying! Like you can really sing!
Me: Thanks.
Bryant: No problem you gotta sing for me for real sometime.
Me: Lol...Maybe.
Bryant: Oh it's like that?
Me: No, it's not like that but sometimes I get nervous when I sing by myself, especially when it's just to one person.
Bryant: Oh ok. I understand, but you still gotta do it for me one day. And side note, we're almost there.
I still have no clue where we are going all I know is we are far away from home and to be honest I'm glad even though nothing has happened yet, I can still say I'm having fun.
About 15 minutes later we arrived at this place called the Movie Tavern. We got inside and it was very nice. He could tell I hadn't been here before. He went and bought our tickets. Then we entered the theatre. It was like a movie theatre but they serve you food at a table, while you watch the movie.
After a couple of hours, the movie ended and we went to get in the car. Once we got in the car, he said he had another surprise for me. I was really starting to trust him though, so I didn't even ask.
