Katelyn's POV :
After a exhausting game of truth or dare, I noticed Liam and Zayn lying on the couch, Niall crouching beside me tucking into a bowl of cereal-- seriously, does that guy ever stop eating? Louis's hand was around my waist, as I laid on his stomach-- which turned out to be his abs, listening to the faint sound of his chest moving in and out. On the other side of me, Harry was grasping my hand tightly, simply refusing to let go. I chuckled, my heart thumping with speed. I mean, Louis seemed like a great brother, who is very protective of her sister. On the contrast, Harry seems like a awesome bestfriend. I groaned in agony at the thought of school the next day.
"Guys, I need to be back home to prepare for school." I whined.
Yeah, I can't wait to meet my mom's pevertic boyfriend. Note the sarcasm. Verbal abuse at home is common. It happens everyday.
"Aww Katelyn, don't go" Niall cooed, clinging onto my legs as I got up.
"Let's go then." Louis and Harry replied in unison. I was speechless. Not wanting to reject any of them, I tugged Zayn by the hem of his shirt, forcing him to drive me back.
Zayn groaned but smiled and dragged me towards his Mercedes. As I left, I could sense Harry and Louis staring at each other. Yet, I didn't understand why.
Zayn's POV :
Katelyn is an annoyance, a adorable one though. She disturbed me from my beauty sleep. She ruffled my beautiful hair! Ugh. As we left, Harry and Louis were both stealing glances at Katelyn, and I suddenly understood why.

"Katelyn, I need to ask you something." I whispered to Katelyn.
Her hazel brown eyes shimmered under the moonlight, as I thought of Perrie-- Perrie Edwards from Little Mix.
"Mhmm." she answered, annoyed.
"Is it just me or do you also feel that Harry and Louis are hiding something behind your back?"
Katelyn's POV :
Zayn's question startled me. I mean I did feel that they were shooting daggers at each other, and I just have no idea why.
I shook my head as I murmured to Zayn, "I have no idea, Zayn. I mean I do feel that they were glaring at each other the whole time."
"Okay. That's both good and bad news at the same time. When the time comes, I will explain to you what's going on. I promise you I will."
I was puzzled. Really puzzled. I mean did what Zayn said had something to do with the truth or dare game, where I was asked to kiss Harry and Louis, or was it meant to be a joke? Actually I couldnt care less. I have much more problems in school to take care of. I would just go back to my pathetic life, being insulted and verbally assaulted. I didn't mind. Not at all. I have gotten used to it.
Throughout the whole journey home, I laid my head against the window, quickly falling asleep.
