The room was filled with silence, you on one side and Sakura on the other. You were reading a medical book even though you aren’t a med-nin, boredom makes you do stuff. Sakura was staring out of the window looking down on the Leaf Village. Today was the expected of Naruto’s arrival, both you and Sakura were nervous you just hid it better. Sakura must be nervous because of all the times she treated Naruto like dirt she must have reflected on what you told her two years ago, the last day you saw everyone in the Leaf village. It surprised you because not only did you not leave on the best terms with Naruto but you also left on even worse term with Sakura, how she practically tackled you to hug you yesterday was indeed a surprise. You thought she would try and steal a sucker punch. It would have been the typical Sakura thing to do and you still one-hundred percent believe she changed completely. It’s like one of the many saying the Hisakage thought you, ‘Time, which changes people, does not alter the image we have retained of them.’ And he was right –which he always is- if not the case about Sakura then about Kakashi-sensei; he was late just like you expected him to be.
Sakura sighed which caused you to look at her, what you were not expecting was her looking at you and as soon as you two made eye contact she looked away. The words you told her must have made a big impact.

“Geez Naruto your useless! You let him get away!” Sakura… Sakura… Sakura!! Ever since Naruto couldn’t bring Sasuke back Sakura got extra bitchy with Naruto, not because he couldn’t bring him back it’s because of the grievance Sasuke caused her which she was taking out on Naruto which wasn’t fair at all!
“I’m sorry Sakura-chan… I wasn’t paying attention-“
“That’s right, you weren’t paying attention! You never do, idiot. Now we have to return to the Hokage empty handed.” You, Sakura and Naruto were on a simple mission, bring Tonton –Shizune’s pig- back to the Leaf Village since he wandered of and Shizune couldn’t get any work done in her distraught state.
“But…”
“But what?!”
“Sakura enough!” You snapped, you had enough. Naruto would suffer no more!
“What?”
“Why are you so mad at Naruto? You were on watch with him! Tonton could have easily eaten through that shitty cardboard box you got! In the very least, you deserve half the blame.”
“Kasumi-chan… you don’t have to-“
“And you!” You said spinning around to point at Naruto, “Why do you let her stomp all over you?!” It was a question you knew the answer to, because he liked her. But is still didn’t grant her the right to do this, ”Man up!”
Naruto was speechless and just stared at you, Sakura too but it didn’t stop you.
“You should think about what you do to him and you should try and put yourself in his shoes for once. What you do to Naruto is unacceptable and you know it. You’re an ungrateful brat, after Naruto went after Sasuke with double the determination because of you and this is how you repay him?! You make me sick.” You spat with vehemence.
“Don’t bring up Sasuke in this, Naruto-!”
“Treats you like a Queen compared to Sasuke!” It was clear that you successfully befuddled Sakura. You looked at Sakura with scornful eyes, and your austere outlook made both Sakura and Naruto become rigid, without warning you stormed off into the Hokage building were Watanabe-sensei was waiting to take you back to the Cave Village. But you had accomplished something not even Sasuke could do, break Sakura. You did more than chastise that day; you chewed her up and spat her out. Even though it didn’t look like it, you were actually saying it for her own good too, she knew Naruto was nice but everyone had their limits. You didn’t care if she hated you for that; someone had to break it to her. One way or another.

One thing you want to do is ask Sakura if she actually took your words into consideration and tried to change, but the wounds were too fresh and you wanted Sakura to come forth with this. If she truly changed, that would be the only way you would believe her.
A knock erupted as the door vibrated slightly and then opened, showing the Hokage; Tsunade.
“Sakura?”
“Yes?”
“That Naruto kid, it seems he’s returned to the Leaf Village.”
You chuckled, “Why don’t we try and find him? Let’s see how much he has changed.”
“I agree, come along Sakura. We have a knuckle head to find.” Good to know Tsunade’s feelings about him hasn’t changed at all…
Before you exited the room behind Tsunade you noticed Sakura not moving, you turned around and sighed. Sakura was still moping looking out of the window, you marcher right to her and took hold of her shirt dragging her along with you, to her protest of course.
“Kasumi-chan let go!”
“Can I trust you to walk?”
“Yes?” It came out for like a question but none the less, you released her and began walking beside Tsunade. All was quiet when you exited the Hokage building.
“So, do you think he is still short?” Sakura asked randomly.
“Maybe, who knows what two years can do to you?”
“Yeah, who knows…?”
All three of you began to walk around the streets of the Leaf Village, hoping to find the blonde ninja.
“Where is he?”
“Sakura-chan!” You knew that voice! You both looked back and saw the very ninja you were looking for run to you.
“Eh? Naruto?!” She seemed surprised.
“Eh, Sakura-chan. Who is this?” Naruto questioned as his eyes finally landed on you.
“How can you not remember-“
“Ah ah ah,” You held you hand up stopping Sakura, “Don’t tell him, I want him to figure this out on his own.”
“Hmm…” He narrowed his eyes as he leaned in a bit scanning your face.
“Those eyes… seem very familiar. They’re Sakura’s eyes.” Indeed for some reason your eyes resembled Sakura a great deal.
“And who do you remember having those eyes?” You questioned.
“I know who… but I just can’t seem to remember the name…”
“Ah Naruto, you’ve met Sakura and Kasumi already?” Kakashi interrupted walking to you with Jiraya next to him. Naruto’s eyes almost bulged out of their sockets as he finally knew who you were.
As fast as you could blink you were on the ground with Naruto hovering over you, though it wasn’t exactly a hug.
“How could you?!”
You blinked in response, “What?”
“How could you leave without even saying goodbye!?”
You had a perfectly good answer for that, but were it best if you didn’t retort? After all, what you have to say can not only reveal to Sakura that you don’t trust her but also make Naruto hate you.
You lowered your head letting your bangs cover your eyes, sometimes silence is best.
“Nothing to say, huh?” Naruto continued to chastise.
“Naruto, is that how you treat a lady? Get off her, now.” Jiraya said pulling Naruto from the collar of off you.
“Naruto, I expect you to show Kasumi some respect after she left her life at the Cave Village to help you and Sakura in your missions.” Tsunade verified.
You got up and dusted yourself; you really had nothing to say. Nothing can explain your actions, you were mad and the last thing you wanted was to see them.
“It doesn’t matter anymore, the past is the past.” Naruto stated, “I’m sorry, I got carried away Kasumi-chan.” Naruto held out a hand to you with a sheepish smile.
“Apology accepted.” You said as you took his hand and shook it.
“So where are you staying?”
“Tsunade-sama gave me an apartment right next to yours.” You boasted; the time to rub Naruto’s nose in your apartment is near.
“Really?! Wow, it’s like I have a roommate now!”
“Yeah, just don’t get too comfortable.” You said shaking your head; one thing you had to worry about though, was Naruto unconsciously moving in.
“Plus you changed.” Naruto said, “I barley even recognized you, if it wasn’t for your eyes.”
“Yeah well. I’m not the only one who has changed.”
Naruto had a slight blush as he rubbed the back of his head, “Geez, you think?”
“So Naruto, how do I look? Do I look more like a woman now?” Sakura asked cutting in/ bashfully.
“You look fine, you haven’t changed at all!” You bit the inside of your check to try and not laugh; he just said that Sakura doesn’t look like a woman at all.
“You still don’t understand a woman’s mind…” Jiraya sighed.
Then you noticed something as you finally realized what has been towering over you this past five minutes, “Huh? Naruto, you’re taller than me!”
“Me too!”
“Huh? Oh… yeah.” Naruto smiled sheepishly while rubbing the back of his head.
“Naruto niichan!” You all looked over and saw Konohamaru, holding his hands in seals.
“Sexy No Jutsu! (Oiroke No Jutsu)” And he transformed into a nude lady posing in front of complete strangers…. A thing only Naruto can teach you.
You and Tsunade just watched indifferently, while Sakura looked ready to pounce at the small boy, Jiraya too but if he would pounce he would do it in a completely different way, and Kakashi just had his back facing the ‘show’ while he was reading one of his ‘Books’. There was a puff of smoke as the woman disappeared and a small boy reappeared.
“How was that? A real drool of a jutsu, wasn’t it?!” Konohamaru stated pointing his thumb at himself.
Naruto gave a loud snort as he looked at Konohamaru with eyes you have never seen before.
“Konohamaru, I’m sorry but I’m not a kid anymore. From now on, you shouldn’t use that jutsu either.”
He took a pause and you saw Sakura ogling Naruto, with a glint of admiration and respect in them… but they all changed to rage and disgust as These words were spoken by Naruto,
“SUCH A JUTSU IS NOW MEDIOCRE, KONOHAMURA, BEHOLD THE NEW PERVERTED NINJUTSU I’VE BEEN DEVELOPING! HERE WE GOOO!!!”
“Aha, new ninjustu you say, new perv-“ You Immediately took at least five big steps back not wanting to get caught in this.
THAWK!
“PERVERTED NINJUTSU?! YOU IDIOT!!” Sakura delivered a straight punch to Naruto’s jaw sending him straight into the ground. Ok, on some occasions you let Sakura’s abuse slide.
She walked up to Naruto and grabbed him by the shirt and began to shake him, “I was wrong, you haven’t changed one bit!! I haven’t seen you in two years and within two minutes you jump straight into that! Idiot!!”
Konohamaru was suddenly behind you and Kakashi, considering you both were standing next to each other, he gripped Kakashi’s pants and started shivering with fear.
“What about that wonderful feeling of respect I had for you just now?! As if I could feel sad that I wasn’t grown up like you!!
“Hey, Hey, Sakura-chan calm down… Konohamaru here’s terrified.” Kakashi said patting the poor boys head.
“Right!!” Tsunade yelled getting everyone’s attention, “The nostalgia ends here though, Kakashi.”
That was Kakashi’s signal to close his book and take the lead, “Well, It’s been a while hasn’t it. Things surely have changed; Kasumi-chan came here all the way from the Cave Village to fill in the missing spot left here two years ago. But, from now on the three of you will come with me on team-related missions. It’s different than before; it’s no longer teacher and pupil. Starting today, we’re equal Leaf Village Shinobi. Including Kasumi.”
Kakashi rummaged through his pouch and pulled out two bells, you knew what it meant; after all you were there during their first test as well.
“Well, first I am curious as to how you’ve developed. The rules are the same as when I first met you three, if you don’t come after me with the intent to kill, you will never succeed in getting these bells!”
All four of you quickly wandered off to the place where the test first took place. But in the way you like to remember; were Naruto got tied up and almost starved. This wouldn’t be a hard task for you, during these two years Kakashi secretly visited you in the Cave Village and trained you, he taught you almost everything he knows almost. You still have a lot to learn from him. Your profession is being a weapon specialist and you also specialize in hand to hand combat (Taijutsu) and since you were once his star pupil also, he taught you something else; Summoning the Hounds. His hounds. You were also surprised by his sudden offer, but you took it none the less.
But you also learned something else from him, something he only taught to one of his students Chidori. Kakashi took it by surprise when he learned you had the Lightning nature just like him and Sasuke. And he thought it would be best if he taught it to you.
Of course, you aren’t a prodigy like Sasuke even though you learn fast. You have different ways to use Chidori. One way is enhanced speed. From Gai-Sensei, you learned to analyze the opponent’s next move by their feet. Though it works, it also doesn't always work. This technique also works with the Sharingan, so the Sharingan has no effect on you. Your weapons also help out too. You use the Ninja dogs to your advantage and since you are a weapons specialist, you have certain weapons to enhance your Chidori and to help you bend it to your bidding. Your maximum is 2 full powered Chidoris and 4-5 low powered Chidoris.
You have to be REALLY fast to perform Chidori due to its drawback. You transfer your chakra to your feet for faster speeds. Since of long chakra control training, it takes no effort for you to transfer chakra in any part of your body. And Due to Chidoris physical activation, you HAVE to be good in Taijutsu; which you are, though you don’t compare to Lee.
You tightened the Leaf Village head band on your left wrist; your left glove has the middle finger and the ring finger fingerless while the others are covered by the glove. On your back you have your ninja pouch were you keep everything and slightly above it is where you find your Wakizashi it’s hilt sticking upwards on your left while it’s bottom edge sticking out on your right facing downward.
Not long until you all reached the area were in your opinion Naruto was deprived of food. All the while listening to the jungles of the bells around Kakashi’s belt.
“The Rules are the same as before. No matter, how try to get the bells from me, you have until sunrise tomorrow.”
You listened carefully while Sakura and Naruto decided it was time to reminisce.
“Well this place… I’ve missed it.”
“Yeah.”
Kakashi opened his book, “Ah, that’s right. This is where you first trained isn’t it?”
“Team 7.” Sakura mumbled.
“The Three-man team.” Naruto sighed.
“That time, Sasuke was around too wasn’t he?” Silence fell, curiosity getting best of both you and Kakashi you both looked up and saw Naruto and Sakura in their corner sulking.
“Sasuke’s name is taboo for these two isn’t it?” Kakashi asked with a deadpan look, you had the same look.
“I guess it is.”
He closed his book causing a loud clap to emerge from the pages brining out Naruto and Sakura from their sulking corner, “Well then, shall we begin?
The calm looks on all your faces quickly evaporated and were replaced with murderous grins.

Well, just thought I’d clear up any questions on about the certain stuff Kasumi wears, like her left glove and her Wakizashi on her back. I’m sorry, it’s a habit of mine to repeat stuff like this ‘coz I like to make sure you all know what I’m talking about Dx
