Hello there! It's been ages since my last post; I seem to have been infected with a grave case of none other than the dreaded writer's block (*gasp!*). Tragic, no? And I don't understand how some of you can just continually churn out writing! It simply doesn't make sense, I tell you! Honestly! Three chapters of one story in a day?! That's outrageous! That, and it's filling up my e-mail in-box at a ridiculous speed. What's wrong with you people? I love you all madly, but really. Slow it down a bit. Take your sweet time. That's okay to do. It's not illegal. I promise.
Well that's enough of that, I suppose; let's get to it! This poem was just something completely, utterly, mad I thought up during the early morning hours, still drenched in sloth-like torpor. Ergo, it seem a tad... off, for lack of a better word. And please: before you read this I would like you to do the following: open a new tab. Go to YouTube or Google Videos, and search the following: "dream shinedown lyrics". Watch the first video that appears.
Okay! Now that you've watched the video (and if you haven't by this point, I recommend that you do), I want you to read the following poem (in your head) using the child's voice in the video. Just for fun. And goosebumps. And nightmares *smirks evilly*. Heh heh heh... :P
