If your perants, guardians or siblings are annoying or bothering you don't swear at them or hurt them, be calm, tell them that you don't like what they are doing or saying.
Ways of coping with them is to go to your room, count to a number useuly 10 but you can use any number you like.
If you are somewhere that you can't get away from them then take earphone/headphones and a source of music with you.
