In time with my heart
Throbs in my ear
Screaming out
That she is near
Merely the sight
Of her blue shoes
Disappearing round the corner
Is enough to send
My nerves into a frenzy
Her alarmingly charming smile
Her sloppily written notes
I wonder if she knows
She wears a sign
That indicates this to be
A danger zone and that
Trespassers will be prosecuted
