FLASHBACK
Nana was getting ready to prepare breakfast. But, before she could even stepped into the kitchen, she was greeted with a sight that she wished to see for a long time since Tsuna came home.
"Ohayou, Kaa-san," smiled Tsuna while taking off his apron. He placed three serving on the dining table. He looked in curious when he didn't get an answer from the woman.
"Kaa-san, are you alright?" asked Tsuna in curiosity. Nana seemed to snap out from her trance and stepped to get closer to Tsuna.
"Is it really you Tsuna? My eyes didn't play trick with me, right?" asked Nana in tremble voice while caressing the young man's cheek.
"It is me, Kaa-san. It's just today I felt like to make breakfast to you and Dad," said Tsuna, taking his mother's hand and held it tightly.
"You finally come back. My old Tsuna finally came back," cried Nana, hugging her only son. She cried in happiness. It was almost a few months since Tsuna came back from Italy but he always locked himself in his room, always stay depressed and sad. But now, Tsuna who standing in front of her was just like Tsuna used to be.
"I'm sorry for making you worried, Kaa-san," Tsuna smiled faintly before hugged his mother back.

Tsuna looked at how Iemitsu and Nana enjoyed breakfast prepared by him. He smiled when they turned to look at him and praised him that it was delicious. He continued to look at both of them; as if savouring both of their faces in his mind like it was the last day he will be able to see them.
In fact, he thinks this probably the last day he able to talk and eat with them. His smile dropped a bit when he remembered something that changed him today.

Tsuna opened his eyes when he feel piercing light above his eyelids. Finally able adjusting his vision to the light, he looked at the scenery. This scenery was the same when he took the Vongola trial when he trained with Future Hibari 11 years ago.
"Greeting, Decimo," both Giotto and Timoteo greeted Tsuna. Tsuna was surprised to see them.
"There has been a problem within the Famiglia," said Timoteo.
"Problem?" asked Tsuna. Both of the previous bosses nodded. Tsuna diverted his faces with a hurt expression.
"I don't care about them anymore. They hurt me enough. What happened to them, it's their own responsibility," said Tsuna in a voice full of hurt. His heart was already numb; he didn't feel anything when it's already concerned his guardians. Suddenly, someone placed his hands on his cheeks. He looked up and instantly tears started to well up when he looked at Timoteo smiled at him gently.
"You're kind, gentle and loving person I ever meet, Tsuna-kun. So, Tsuna-kun, don't let those negative feelings tainted your heart," said Timoteo, tried to console the young man.
"The problem we're talking about isn't regarding the guardians but it is about the blood of Vongola that we have been kept it safe for all this time," said Giotto, straight to the point.
"The blood of Vongola is in danger, Tsuna-kun. The Organization was able to attain your sample of DNA and they duplicated it," said Timoteo.
"A boy was created with the DNA imbedded in it. So, it means that it was your other self. But, this child has been programmed to destroy everything in his way of achieving his goal. He will taint the blood of Vongola," said Giotto and a ball of sky flames started to form an image of pregnant woman.
"Mio-san?" said Tsuna in surprise.
"She is the one carried the Tainted One in her. The Tainted one is growing inside her,"
"You're finally able to become a mother, Mio-san. I'm glad for you," whispered Tsuna while looked at the pregnant woman with gentle eyes.
"He's alive," said Tsuna, when he heard the beating sound from the bulging stomach of Mio.
"We must destroy him before he's born," said Timoteo firmly while looking at the image. Tsuna turned to look at Timoteo in surprise.
"No," objected Tsuna.
"He will only live to obey his creator's command, Tsunayoshi. He better die than live like that,"
"No, I wouldn't allow you to harm him. He is alive, his heart was beating. If we destroy him, we killed an innocent life," argued Tsuna firmly.
"But, there is no other choice, Tsunayoshi," said Timoteo sadly.
"I know there is another way to save everyone," said Tsuna. Then, he turned to look at Giotto.
"Primo-san, isn't there another way?" asked Tsuna desperately. He didn't want anyone to be sacrifice just because of this Organization's stupid experiment.
"There is another way," concluded Giotto after a while Tsuna asked him.
"What is it? Tell me!" urged Tsuna.
"Are you really want to save The Tainted One?" asked Giotto.
"If there is tiny life I could save, then I would save them,"
"If that is your decision, then we can use the power of "Time". But, using this power also required a sacrifice. A sacrifice which is your life," said Giotto, looked at Tsuna.
"My life?"
"Yes. But, this power will only delayed the time he awakened from his true prupose, not stopped it. Do you still with your decision?" asked Giotto.
Tsuna was silent for a moment. If his life was sacrificed, which means he will never see everyone again. He will never have a meal with his parents again. He never is able to grow up older once again. He will not be able to fulfil his promises to Enma. Guess, he need to apologize to Enma for breaking their promises.
"I'll take the deal, Primo-san. At least, the little boy will be able to live and make a bond with everyone he met. If he was destined to meet my Famiglia, I'm sure when the deal is broken, they will save him, I trust them that they will save him. That's for sure," said Tsuna, smiling and looked once again at the pregnant Mio. As if reading his mind, the picture focused on the baby in the womb.
"I leaving my Famiglia in your care after this, Tsunaru. Take good care of them for me," whispered Tsuna.
"Then, it has been decided. Your life will be the sacrificed for the "Time". I do hope this decision was right, Decimo," said Giotto before turned into a ball of white flames and shoot into Tsuna's chest. Tsuna started to feel numb when he feel his power slowly been drained from him.
'Time by time, your power and life will be sucked to complete the deal. Be sure to treasure your time well before the final days,' a voice sounded in his mind.

"Really, Mama?" asked Dino when he followed Nana to go upstairs. Actually, when Nana called him and told him Tsuna has changed, he quickly took the flight from Italy to Japan. After almost three years, Tsuna finally changed back to his cheerful personality once again,
"Tsu-kun, open the door. There is special guest waiting for you, my dear," called Nana lovingly while knocking on the door. Receiving no answer, Nana slowly opened the unlocked door and both of the adults saw Tsuna was lying on the floor, unconsciously.
"Tsu-kun/Tsuna," both Nana and Dino rushed toward Tsuna.
"What happen to you, Tsu-kun? Wake up, don't scare me," said Nana in tremble voice while lightly slapping Tsuna's cheek to see if he woke up. Nana started to tear up a bit when Tsuna didn't give any response. Dino, who cradled Tsuna's head at the moment quickly hold Nana's chin to make her focused on him.
"Mama, Mama! Listen to me. Tsuna will be fine. He will be fine. Could you please call the ambulance? We need to get him to the hospital, right now," said Dino, tried his best to stay calm but he knows he failed miserably. Nana nodded and quickly goes downstairs to call the ambulance.
"Please be strong, Tsuna," said Dino in worry.

"How was my son, doctor?" asked Nana in hurry when the doctor stepped out from the emergency room.
"We need to keep him under monitor, Sawada-san. His heart was weak and his stomach was in bad shape. His body was fine and healthy but he rejected to live,"
"But, he was just fine yesterday," cried Nana, grabbing the doctor's collar.
"I'm sorry we couldn't do anything at this moment, Sawada-san," said the doctor in defeat.
"He was just fine yesterday, Dino. He was smiling and laughing with me and Papa. He even prepared breakfast for us. Why did this happen?" cried Nana while Dino hugged her to calm her down.
"Be strong, Mama,"
"I want my old Tsu-kun back. I shouldn't allow him to go to Italy. I shouldn't let him go. Give him back to me!! Give me back my healthy Tsu-kun!!" yelled Nana hysterically. Dino tightened his hug while continue to apologize at crying Nana.
"I'm sorry, Mama. I failed to protect him," cried Dino.
FLASHBACK END

"Tsunayoshi made his sacrifice to save a tiny innocent life belonged to Tsunaru. He also sacrificed his heart and give it to Tsunaru so that he could grow up ," said Giotto releasing another white flame from his hand that started to form a glass orb. Image started to form that allow the people presented there to look at it.
An image started to clear and most of them were shocked at the clear image. It was Tsuna, hanging mid air, while hugging humongous golden clock on his chest. The needle was spiralling clockwise and sometimes anticlockwise. His eyes remain closed and there were numerous sky flame chain that seem to tie Tsuna with the clock.
"T-Tsuna," Yamamoto stretched his hand and touched the orb when the orb focused closely on Tsuna's face. He caressed the orb like he caressed Tsuna's cheek. Unconsciously, his tears fall freely from his eyes.
"I miss you a lot, Tsuna," said Yamamoto while continued to caress the orb.
