A young man walked through a battle field. No bodies were on the ground. At least not yet. The young man walked under an archway. However, this wasn't just any archway, for there was currently a battle going to happen. The archway was made of two sides who were currently mid way through launching at each other, their weapons held out in front of them forming a roof over the man.
Both sides were currently frozen in mid air. However, the man was not scared, and he wasn't even surprised. It wasn't that they were two slow, or that he was too fast. They were literally frozen, as if time had stopped completely. Time HAD stopped completely. You see the young man, as average a mage as he may look, was not so average after all. He had the ability to bend the laws of time and use it at will.
He was a time Mage.
