"Can you help Iemitsu-san to look after Nana-san, today," asked Akari to the six teenagers.
"Why, Mama?" asked Midori in curiousity.
"Iemitsu-san and your dads were called out on an important matter. Could you help him?" asked Akari. The teenagers only nodded. After lunch, they decided to go to the hospital.
When they walked in the hallway, they passed by a brunette teenage. He was almost on their age. They decided to ignore when they thought that boy was someone not important to them. But, Midori stopped walking when she smelled the familiar fragrance. She looked back and immediately recognized the boy just by looking at his back.
"Naru," said Midori that caught the others' attention by surprise. The others turned to looked back at the brunette. The brunette boy stopped before he slowly looked back. They looked at each other in surprise with the unexpected reunion.
Tsunaru was shocked to see the people he didn't want to meet was looking at him. His feelings were all mixed up. There were anger, sadness, pain, longing, and fear. But, fear dominated all other emotions and he quickly dashed toward the exit. Before he could take a step out from the exit, he was stopped when a wall of copper appeared in front of him. He looked back and glared at Shiki, who made that illusion to stop him.
"What do you want?" said Tsunaru in anger.
"We missed you, Naru," said Midori, looked at her long lost friend.
"It is so nice to see you again," said Yuki, smiled painfully at Tsunaru.
"You all grown up," said Sora.
"You looked different, Naru. We almost didn't recognize you," said Rui.
"You're the one who 'changed' me," said Tsunaru emotionlessly. The six teenagers were taken aback by shock. How could they forget about their sins to him just because they were happy to see him again? Why do they expect him to be happy to see them just like how they happy to see him? This was probably his worst nightmare.
"We will continue to carry that sin with us. But, I know this request is selfish but we only hoped for your forgiveness," said Nagisa, pleading to Tsunaru. In return, Tsunaru scoffed and raise both of his hand for them to see.
"You see this hideous scar? As long as it remained, you will not have the forgiveness you want from me," said Tsunaru, with voice laced in anger.
"Our dad hated us for hurting you, Naru. Only by your forgiveness, they could love us once again," said Yuki in tear when she knows Tsunaru's soft and kind heart hardened by their stupid action years ago.
"Well, serve you right. People liked you don't deserved love," said Tsunaru, before decided to walk away. But, he stopped walking and looked at them once again.
"Thanks for giving me something that will forever make me remember what you did to me," said Tsunaru before walked away, never once did he turned back.

"I must kill you. That is my master's order," said Mio, placing a sharp knife on Tsuna's neck.
"Why did you let others decided on how you done with your life?" said Tsuna, looked at Mio, directly at her eyes. He grabbed the knife tightly and blood started to come out from his palm.
"You were forced to kill people? The truth you didn't want because you value life, right?" asked Tsuna, even though he know that his question will never be answered. Gritting her teeth, she punched Tsuna right on his cheek.
"It's none of your business. It was my life. What I done with it is none of your business," shouted Mio in anger.
"Yes, I admit that. It was your life, it is your right. But, it is yours to decide what you want to do with it, not others decided it for you. If you let them, you are no different with a robot," said Tsuna looking at Mio. Mio taken a step back while looked at Tsuna in realization.
"Tsu-kun, what's that noise?" asked Nana in worry from behind the door. Mio flinched in surprise.
"It's fine. Don't worry. She is my mom," said Tsuna to Mio before he told Nana that he was fine.
"Mom? What is that?"
"You didn't know?" asked Tsuna. Mio shook her head in denial
"Mom is someone beautiful, not only in look but also her heart and soul. She accepted you when everybody rejected you. She loved you when everybody hated you. She healed you when everybody hurt you. And she supported you when others pulled you down. She is everything to a child. You didn't have a mother?" asked Tsuna. Mio shake her head before started to escape from Tsuna's room. But, Tsuna's voice stopped her.
"Mio-san, I hope you found that purpose of your life. One day you became a mother, protect your child from those who want to hurt him, even if that person is you yourself," said Tsuna, before Mio disappeared from his sight.
Mio looked at the teenager from afar. She has been eyeing for a while. She grabbed her weapon that she last used for almost 15 years, readying herself to attack the teenager.
"I'm sorry, Decimo-sama. I have to break my promise. But, leaving that child to be alive was my mistake. And I will take care of that mistake myself, before the Organization find him," said Mio, stepped out from her hiding place.
She quickly moved from place to place, she was just close enough to attack Tsunaru. But, she was taken by surprise when the teenager disappear before appeared behind her and trapped her. He twisted her arm so that her weapon was turned against him.
"What do you want from me?" hissed Tsunaru. Mio quickly elbowed Tsunaru's chin. He released his grip because of the pain. Mio ran forward before turned and ran back again at Tsunaru with high speed. Tsunaru was able to avoid it but suddenly he feels intense pain on his waist. He quickly placed his hand and only saw blood when he raised his hand.
Tsunaru dropped to his knee as he started to lose his consciousness. He looked up at the woman who looked at him in pity. But, he couldn't ask for more as his world turned black.
"I should have killed you the day you were born. But, I couldn't do it when I remembered that person who I fell in love with. But now, I still can't because I remembered how he value the life of others," cried Mio beside unconscious Tsunaru.
"Please don't wake up, please go back to him. Don't come back to alive," sobbed Mio.

"What is this shit, Colonello?" exclaimed Reborn out in anger.
"Calm down, Uncle. I'm sure Colonello has his reason for it," said Yuni, tried to calm Reborn down.
"Why did you bring that woman here? You know she's one of the Organization members. The group that caused Tsuna's death," asked Gokudera.
"Ex-Organization," Lal once again reminds the group of people who unable to get grip of their own emotion when they revealed the woman to the group.
"Don't belittle me, Gokudera. I know what I'm doing. You should know since we're been investigating this case for almost 15 years. And should I tell you, 15 years isn't a short time," said Colonello, pissed off with Gokudera's action.
Finally, when they are able to calm down, they started to move to the meeting room. Settled at their own place; they waited for the woman who named Jenny to tell them the truth.
"The Organization as far as you know, was a group created to destroy Vongola Decimo because of their grudge with the Vongola's predecessor. They couldn't accept the truth that Vongola changed to vigilante group. They seeing it as one of the way Vongola made to let the world forget about their sin," started Jenny.
"But, for this matter that didn't hold any importance. There is someone important you need to know. Her name is Mio. She isn't a human, she was an experiment performed by the mad scientists in the Organization. A human body created to become a killing machine that will not oppose any order that was given to her. She was a ruthless assassin, always excel in her jobs. Even the police can't trace the assassination done by her. For that purpose, she was sent to kill Vongola Decimo and took something belong to him. But, it was the Organization's biggest mistake. Vongola Decimo was able to changed cold-hearted Mio into a 'human'," said Jenny, which seems to attract the others' attention.
"You said she was sent to take something from Tsuna? What is it? Vongola Ring?" asked Yamamoto in curiosity. But, Jenny shook her head in denial.
"It was a sample of his DNA," said Jenny.
"Did she succeed in getting it?" asked Yamamoto.
"Yeah, she did it on her first and last encounter with him. But, as soon she gave that simple, she regretted it," said Jenny.
"The scientists created another embryo and embedded his DNA inside that embryo. Then, they called her for another purpose. That is to plant that experiment child in her womb and she was pregnant with that child. As the baby started to grow inside of her, she loved that baby, risking her life so that Organization never found out that she has developed a heart, a feeling. When the pregnancy almost reached 8 months, the scientist inject something to the baby and what I found out that is to destroy Vongola forever from this world and everyone associated with it. She almost killed her baby, fearing for his future to become just like her,"
"Fearing for that child's future, we both planned to fool the Organization. The day came when she finally gave birth to a baby, who looked a lot like Vongola Decimo. The Organization came to collect the baby, but we swapped the baby with a dead one. Then, that day was the last day I saw her. But from the information I got, she gave away the baby to an orphanage, to hide him away from the Organization and then she disappeared just like that," said Jenny.
"W-What is the baby's name?" stuttered Gokudera, feeling uneasy with this new revelation.
"The baby was a boy. She named him Tsunaru," said Jenny. She could hear gasp of shock from the guardians.
"B-But our Naru isn't this Tsunaru, right?" stuttered Ryohei.
"He is Tsunaru, experiment created by the Organization. The one who Reborn took from the orphanage is the same with Tsunaru that Mio give birth to," said Jenny.
Reborn looked up at Jenny and saw her having a thoughtful expression on her face.
"What're you suspicious about?" asked Reborn that cause the others attention to shift to her.
"I curious why the purpose they programmed inside Tsunaru when he was still in Mio's womb didn't take effect? He should start to develop the program when he turned seven years old. But, I think there is something stopping it from happening," said Jenny. Just after she said that, a pillar of Sky Flames appeared in the room.
"That is because of Tsunayoshi's sacrifice," said Giotto, once he emerged from the flames.

A/N: next chapter is about Tsuna's sacrifice and its relation with Tsunaru, i guess... i hoped you enjoyed read it... in this chapter, i decided to make Mio is like Tsunaru's surrogate mother and he only has the same DNA as Tsuna... does that make they were clone?
