Even with a shining sun
The wind swept through
With the anticipation of winter.
The leaves shiver
Sounding of soft chains
Rustled by nymphs
The crocodile colored leaves
Fade to warm rusts
Like metal left in the rain
Gone are the leaves
Fallen like stars
Leaving skeletons behind
White screens the ground
Hiding the tree's fallen skin
Till again there is warmth
