Allison Pond-Williams is 19
"I love you Ally," Amy says sighing.
"I love you so much mum," Allison says hugging her mother tightly, as if to make sure she doesn't get away.
Amy has just helped Ally move into an dorm in her community college in her hometown of Leadworth. Allison looks around at the boxes and a tear falls down her face. She's leaving her family. Amy immediately notices and embraces her daughter.
"You're not leaving us love, you're ten minutes from home," Amy whispers reading her mind.
"And they said I couldn't do it!" Allison squeals jumping around.
"Ugh, men," Amy scoffs jokingly.
"I wish things were different," Allison frowns.
Amy pulls her daughter's chin up and looks her straight in the eyes.
"You, Allison Harmony Pond-Williams, will make a difference. You will show them, I know it. My beautiful daughter."
"Mum," Ally whispers, "I love you so much."
