Chapter 15:
It's been three weeks now, and all of us have to tighten our grips on our work, and not relax anymore. William is coming home soon, and we all know this little holiday can't last. I walk down the hallway and knock on Cameron's door, carrying all his laundry.
"Hey, your laundry is here."
He looks up from his computer, and walks over and takes it out of my hands and sets it on his bed. "Thanks."
"So..."
He takes me into his arms, and I sink into them comfortably. We just stand there for a while, and when I finally look up, I gaze into his green eyes, so gorgeous. Then he bends down and his lips press against mine and I press mine against his. Then I open my mouth slightly, and our tongues met. I lived in the moment, knowing nothing can go wrong. I felt safe in his arms. When we finally let go of each other, we decide to have a sleepover night at his room.
We both lie on his bed, facing the ceiling. We always manage to find a topic we can talk about. We just keep talking and talking, laughing and giggling through the night. When I got tired, I yawned, and he held me in his arms as I drifted off to dream land.
The last thing I heard whispered was "I love you."

(William's Point of View)
I drag my suitcase up the stairs quietly; it's so late. I decide to stop off at Cameron's room on my way to mine. I slowly creek open the door.
Wait.
Is that Hayden?
Where's Cameron? Where's my son? I look closely and I see him behind her, holding her in his arms.
What is going on?
I feel a surge of anger. How dare he, how dare SHE! He's my son, she's my WIFE! I take in deep breaths, like the doctor or whatever told me to whenever I get mad, so I won't do irrational things.
But really, there's nothing much to do than this.
I reach into my jacket, and feel the sharp point of it. I hold it above my head.
The moonlight glinting off the blade...
