10: The Proposal
The three of them spent the next day at home relaxing, and it felt good to go for a swim without nagging concern at the back of their minds. It was the perfect lazy Sunday, even though Chewy spent a little while taking measurements on the front of the house to replace the few boards that had bullet holes in them. They stayed up watching the news at 11 that night, and they saw footage of Kevin's house on fire. There was an interview with him, and he had very little to say on the matter.
"I'm not worried about this." Kevin said as if he was brushing it off like it was no big deal. That made Chewy rest easier, there were no mentions of payback or anything, and he knew Kevin was too stupid to hide that. The police chief however knew Chewy did it.
"Whoever did it clearly came here with intention to destroy, the minigun that was used in the helicopter was massive, and I’m almost impressed." Was all he had to say on the matter, which made the three of them laugh harder than Kevin's brain-dead interview.
The next morning Chewy kissed Sasha goodbye after he told her he was going to get the boards for the front of the house. He did go to the hardware store, but afterwards he made a trip to the jewelry store. He walked inside with no clue what he was doing. Shena and the owner walked over to him and immediately began helping him, Shena had given her boss the heads up that he would be in for this purpose. There were 15 or 20 rings lined up on the table, and he immediately narrowed it down to 6. They were all completely different, but he liked all of them for individual reasons. It was only 10 minutes before he made his decision, and he picked one with a large diamond with smaller ones on the side.
"Okay, I'll take this one, but again I want to change the small ones on the side to paws again. Yes, I like that style."
"So it's another custom piece? When do you need it by?" The owner said as Shena punched some numbers in to a calculator.
"I need it in like two weeks, if there’s a rush charge I can handle it. How much is the base ring?"
"Eleven thousand four hundred and ninety nine. Then with the customization it will be a bit extra. Do still want to do it?"
"Of course. How about I pay for the ring right now, and when I pick it up I pay for the customization?"
"You want to pay for it upright?!" The woman said with more than a little surprise.
"Indeed. How's cash?"
"CASH?!" The woman and Shena said in unison. "You do know its eleven THOUSAND, and not eleven HUNDRED, right?"
"Yea, I've got that on me." He said as he pulled two wads of 100 dollar bills out of his pocket, neatly strapped together by the rubber bands from the bank.
"What the hell kid? Are you made of money?" The woman said after her jaw hit the floor.
"Yea! I'll bet if you hit him like a piñata money would fly out!" Shena said with a laugh, while Chewy pulled out the money he needed for the ring. He paid and the woman told him that it would be ready by next Monday she hoped.
He went home and tried not to bounce off the walls with excitement while he fixed the front of the house. He contained himself to dancing around while the music played from the system in his truck.
"You're awfully cheery for a guy who's fixing a house after a gang attack!" Sasha said as she came out with homemade lemonade.
"Oh sweet Jesus, lemonade! I love you! And why shouldn't I be cheery? Life is perfect."
"How can it be perfect? And yes I love you too. Even if you don't have lemonade for me" She said as she stuck her tongue out at him.
"It's perfect because I'm here with you in my own house, we don't have anything to worry about anymore, and you brought me some amazing lemonade!"
"Well, in that sense, I guess you're right. Life is pretty perfect." She smiled as she kissed his nose.
They worked outside for awhile listening to music from the truck and Shena came flying down the driveway in her Mercedes. Usually she wasn't a speedy driver, but she leaped out of the car today, she seemed to be in a wonderful mood.
"What are you so chipper about missy?" Sasha said as Shena literally skipped over to them
"I dunno, life is perfect. That's all."
"You spend too much time with Chewy; he said the exact same thing about 15 minutes ago." Sasha said with a laugh
"Well he has a point! Aren't we all happy right about now?" Shena said as she danced around to the beat of the music blaring from the truck.
"Yes, I am quite happy. I just choose not to dance aro-" Sasha's sentence got cut off because Shena grabbed her hands as they spun around the front yard in some sort of attempt at a dance.
"Okay maybe dancing around is a little fun...” Sasha said quietly as Chewy laughed at them from the ladder.
"You should be down here too!" Shena said as she pulled on his pant leg.
"Oh what the hell, why not." He said as he jumped off the ladder and danced around with them in the yard. They ended up lying in the grass watching the clouds roll by.
"Not too bad for an end to a summer huh?" Chewy said as they laid with their heads together.
"The best summer ever." Sasha said with a happy sigh and Shena shook her head in agreement.
They laid there for hours, as the sun set and the moon came up, listening to the music the truck pumped out while crickets chirped around them.
"Shena, what was your favorite part about this summer?" Sasha asked as they laid in the grass.
"I'm going to have to say moving in with Chewy, I love Connecticut. That and getting my first job, I love it there. What about you Sasha?"
"Definitely moving in with Chewy. How about you babe?"
"The best part of my summer... Was everything. Mostly falling in love, and moving out of my parents and in to my own house where you two joined me, and yea, everything. Even the drama, it made the times with you all the better." He said with a smile.
"Damn Chewy, way to make me look boring!" Shena said as the stars twinkled above.
They went inside once the cool fall air started to set in, and they went to bed happier than they had in a long time. Sasha woke up wrapped tightly in Chewy's arms, and she thought to herself that it was a feeling she would never want to go without again.
"I am safe." She told herself with a smile as she snuggled in to his arms.
"Damn straight." He mumbled in his sleep. She giggled and rejoined him in slumber.
They woke up the next morning still in a good mood, and that air followed them around for weeks. One afternoon Chewy sat down with Sasha and asked if she wanted to go down to the river that night.
"I guess, wont it be a little cold?" She said.
"If it's cold I'll build a fire. I think you will really want to go out there with me tonight. We'll set out at like midnight."
"Okay babe, I'll be ready." She said as she thought about what could be so special about tonight, but nothing came to mind. They talked for awhile, and Shena came home that day and she too seemed excited that Chewy and Sasha were going down to the river. Chewy went out to the garage while Sasha made pasta, he said he had to tune up the Galaxie, but he was actually mounting one of his racing camera's to the front fender so maybe he could film the proposal later. They ate and went to bed so they could sleep for awhile before heading out.
They woke up right at midnight and set out to the river. Chewy led her to the car and they sped down the driveway like they always did. Everything seemed like just another night to Sasha, and even to Chewy it felt the same, but he knew what was going to happen. They pulled down to the clearing, and Sasha walked down to the river. Chewy had already started the camera before the drive here, because he always liked to go back and watch his speedy driving and high speed stunts. He walked down to the river and took her hands in his.
"It's beautiful out here tonight. Just like you." He said as he kissed her. She smiled and stared deep in to his eyes again, trying to decode him.
"It is. Can I ask why you were so excited about tonight?"
"I want you to think back, to 6 months ago exactly, same time. We were getting in your Mustang together for the first time; we went to your parents and watched the stars for hours. That's the night I fell for you."
"Oh wow you are right! It seems like an eternity ago babe. It was what, maybe 8 hours from the time you walked in to the apartment until we were head over heels in love? That doesn't happen every day." She said as she kissed him.
"Every day with you has been amazing. I know that the rest of them will be just the same." He said as he reached in his pocket for the box, but she spoke first.
"Every day. Babe, were you honest the other day when we talked about... You know, kids?"
"I was. Like I said, we should get married first."
"I agree." She said it, and with that Chewy's confidence deflated like a balloon. He didn't even know why, but all his courage was gone.
They sat on a rock and talked about the future together for hours, and it was about 3a.m. when he tilted his head back and howled, something he would never get tired of doing. They did that for a little while as they laughed together. Chewy felt the box in his pocket, and he wanted to do it, he was still terrified though. He stood and walked over to where they were standing before, and she followed him. They stood face to face, staring in to each other’s eyes without saying a word for several minutes, and then Chewy broke the silence.
"Sasha, it seems crazy that we've only known each other for 6 months, and yet I can tell... I can tell that I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
"I feel exactly the same way babe." She said as she leaned in and kissed him. He reached in to his pocket and wrapped his fingers around the box. His heart was racing, and he could swear Sasha felt it, because she looked at him a little strangely. He pulled the box out of his pocket and got down on one knee.
"Sasha, will you marry me?" He was genuinely terrified as he said it. It took everything he had to keep his voice from shaking. Her hands flew to her mouth and a tear ran down her face as the ring sparkled in the moonlight. She stood in a shocked silence for the longest 30 seconds of Chewy's life.
"Yes!" Is all she could say before he stood and slid the ring over her finger. Tears were still running down her face as she threw her arms around him and kissed him like it was the first time in years. They stood locked in that embrace for at least 15 minutes without saying a word. He could tell she was admiring the ring in the moonlight behind his back, and she silently cried as she turned her hand back and forth.
"I love you." She said as she held him in a tight embrace.
"I love you too. I wanted to do this right after we got here, but I was nervous."
"You knew I would say yes in a heartbeat though."
"It still scared me. I didn't know what your reaction would be. I went back to your parents that morning when I was with you to beg your dad to allow me to marry you."
"So that’s what you meant by merger! You're so sneaky. I love that."
"I love everything about you. We've been hugging like this for almost half an hour. Don't let go."
"I never want to let go. If I could stay like this here with you forever I would."
"I agree completely. But my legs are getting tired. We should go to bed."
"Bed, funny." She said as they walked to the car, and Chewy clicked the button on the camera when they walked by.
They didn't stir for quite some time, and it was well in to the next day when Chewy woke up. I really am an engaged man. Huh. That was easy. Anticlimactic. Well, heh, he thought to himself as his nose was buried in her fur. It was the best feeling ever, he thought.
The world was finally perfect. No more trouble, he was going to get married; which he was actually excited about, and his business was doing strong, he could almost feel the money dumping in to his bank account. Sasha woke up and yawned. She let out a little "Ooh!" When she saw the ring on her finger.
"God I love him so much." She said after she checked to see if he was sleeping, which he faked just out of curiosity. "You don't even know babe. I've never felt like this before. Like everything about us is perfect. I mean hell; I'm talking to you while you sleep." She continued.
"Oh don't worry, I'm not asleep babe." Chewy said as he sat up and kissed her. They talked for awhile before setting off to go home.
"Let's stop and show Shena. I know you bought it from her, but I still want to show off." She said with a little smile.
They made their way to the jewelry store and both Shena and the owner were all smiles when the two of them walked inside hand in hand.
"I take it last night was good?" Shena said as Sasha walked over to the counter.
"The best night of my life. I will never forget it." She said with the happiest smile ever. They were all happy as they talked, and after awhile they decided to leave and get on with their day.
"Who else should we visit?" Sasha said with a little laugh.
"Well, I think Alexandria doesn't have classes today, and Ashley is free too. Your choice."
"Both!"
"Alright! Alexandria is closer so we go there first!" He said as he smashed the gas and flew out of the parking lot.
They came down the road to see her car sitting in the driveway. Chewy hadn't mentioned that he was planning to propose to Sasha in any of their frequent talks, but she knew that he had been thinking about it. They knocked on the door and Alexandria cheerily invited them inside, and they sat down on the couch to talk.
"So! Alex, last night I took Sasha down to the river, it was our 6 month anniversary of sorts." Chewy said to Alexandria
"Oh? Sounds like a nice time!" She replied.
"I got her a little gift too. Show her Sasha." He said with a smile as Sasha leaned across to show Alexandria the ring.
"OH MY GOD!" She screamed as she jumped off the couch. "IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS?!"
"Yep. I proposed last night."
"I'M SO HAPPY YOU HAVE NO IDEA!" She shouted as she hugged the two of them. They talked for a good amount of time while Alexandria admired the ring with wide eyes on Sasha's hand.
After Alexandria's house, they went to Ashley's home, and she had no clue that the two of them had even considered married life yet. They got to the door and waited for her to answer, and she came to the door in a bathrobe, opened it quickly, and said that she would be with them in two minutes, and slammed the door in their faces.
"She certainly is a character." Sasha said with a laugh as they waited for her to come back. She came to the door a few minutes later in a workout outfit and she let them inside. Chewy had to contain is chuckles as he saw Leon sitting on the couch.
"Yo." Leon said as Chewy sat down next to him.
"Good times eh?" He replied.
"Very." Leon said in his cool quiet voice.
"So uhhh, why did you guys decide to pop in unexpectedly today?" Ashley said with a little awkward laugh.
"Not the only thing that popped in today." Leon said as he leaned back and knuckle bumped Chewy.
"Well, it was me and Sasha's 6 month anniversary last night, sort of anyways. And I got her a present, so she wanted to show you." Chewy said with a laugh as Leon looked at him with a sad knowing expression.
"I'm so sorry man." He said with a little smirk as Sasha showed Ashley the ring. Ashley screamed a little louder than Chewy had expected, and he found his ears ringing afterwards. She jumped up and down for a moment while Leon laughed as he watched her. She too drooled over the ring for awhile as they talked. Chewy and Leon talked for quite some time, and he felt like Leon was actually a great guy once you got to know him. They would probably hang out at some point in the future to play video games while the women went shopping.
Chewy and Sasha went home that day and flopped down on the couch together.
"This is the life." She said as they snuggled up together.
"I agree." Chewy said as he closed his eyes and fell asleep. They slept together for several hours, until Shena came home and woke them up for dinner. They ate quietly before Shena spoke.
"So I was thinking today... I know after you guys get married, you probably will want to start a family and shit, so I was thinking I should start looking for apartments...”
"Why would you want to move out? Just because were married doesn't mean we're going to turn in to old people. Shena you can live with us in this house for as long as you want." Chewy said as he poked at his food.
"Yea Shena, I wouldn't want you to leave anyways! You are my best friend and we have always lived together, and I don't want that to stop just because I'm getting married."
"Aww, you guys really do want me here!"
"Yes we do." Chewy said with a smile. "Besides, who else would want to babysit for our 500 kids?" He laughed as Sasha choked on her food for a moment.
They went to bed early that night considering they didn't sleep that much the night before.
"Babe, I'm just curious, what made you pick last night specifically? Like not just because of its importance, but why now?" Sasha asked through sleepy eyes.
"I decided awhile back, I thought about it pretty hard when all the Kevin stuff was happening. That's when I decided I had to do it."
"So when all that Kevin shit happened you decided to do it? Because you were worried that you might not get a chance to otherwise?"
"Exactly...”
"Well I'm glad you did." She said with a yawn, and she promptly fell asleep. He laid awake though, for quite some time. Staring at the ceiling while he wondered why things were going so well. It was surreal, one day they were attacking a house with a helicopter, and the next was bliss. Something seemed off, but he decided he was worrying too much and he pushed it out of his mind.
The next morning he woke up a little after 10, and he was downstairs eating cereal when he heard a car come flying down the driveway. He got up to look and was a little concerned as he saw the chief of police walking to his door.
"Hey! Long time no see!" Chewy said as he opened the front door.
"I know! Nice place kid. Can I come inside? I'd like a word."
"Absolutely." Chewy said as the chief came in and sat on the couch.
"Well, first off congrats on getting engaged. I'm pretty close to the woman who owns the jewelry store and she mentioned it."
"Ah thank you sir."
"And secondly, I know it was you who attacked Kevin's house. I'm not here to haul you away or anything, but I've been meaning to come here for awhile now to talk to you about it."
"Well sir, Kevin was threatening me with murder. More specifically my fiancée."
"I understand. What I want to know though is how the hell you got your hands on a minigun mounted in a chopper. You don't just find something like that on ebay."
"A friend of a friend had it I guess. I know no more than that to be completely honest."
"I believe you. But you certainly have an eclectic group of friends if that is the kind of supplies you can get your hands on."
"Most certainly. We've got a fully bulletproof Hummer H1 too."
"Wow, impressive. Let me guess, you are all trained snipers too?" The chief said with a laugh.
"Not trained snipers, but my fiancée can dump and entire AK-47 clip in to the hearts of seven targets in rapid succession without missing a single shot."
"Well damn, remind me not to piss her off." He said with a laugh.
"Believe me I have, it’s not pretty."
They talked for a little while, and Sasha was mildly concerned when she came downstairs to see the two of them on the couch. She joined the conversation nonetheless and was more than willing to show off her ring. The chief left later, and he saw the Hemi 'Cuda and the garage, so he had to go admire it for a few minutes while Chewy revved the thousand horsepower engine for him.
"I don't know what you do to make so much money; I just hope it's all legal."
"Don't worry sir, I sell repaired cars that I buy off of insurance companies, I make a killing."
"Impressive. Well I need to get back to the station, and remember next time you have problems just give me a call." He said as he handed Chewy a personal card.
Chewy decided to go in to the garage and call Michael, because he didn't know a thing about Chewy and Sasha being more than just a couple.
"Chewy! What's up bro? Haven't talked to you in quite awhile." Michael said as soon as he answered the phone.
"Dude I know, I've been up to a lot. Did you hear what happened to Kevin's house?"
"Holy shit yea I did! Someone took it down with a God damned chopper! That blew my mind."
"You're talking to the guy who did it."
"WHAT?!"
"Yea, Kevin had a bit of a beef with me I guess. I wasn't going to let him hurt Sasha so I went and wrecked his place."
"Damn! You don't mess around anymore huh?"
"Nope. Love does some crazy stuff."
"You still living happily ever after with Sasha then?"
"Yea, the other day was our 6 month anniversary of sorts."
"Really?"
"Yea, I proposed."
"Dude... seriously? You could have just jumped off a bridge or something if you were depressed. Putting a ring on it wasn't exactly the best choice for ending it all."
"That was the best reaction I've heard yet." Chewy said as he quietly laughed to himself.
"That's what you did though! It won’t be long before you get tied down and end up running errands all the time, and the Xbox is going to end up on ebay before you know it. I'm so sorry man." Michael said with a laugh.
"Think about it though, I'm getting married, you know what that means?"
"Means you're gonna be a miserable bastard for the rest of your life?"
"No, before the wedding, what happens?"
"HOLY SHIT! PARTY!" Michael shouted through the phone.
"Damn straight, you can be in charge of that one. A couple of my Anthro buddies from Canada will help I'm sure. One thing though, no strippers."
"No strippers? That's like a birthday without cake."
"True. Well none for me anyway. I'm not feeling that one."
"Your loss bro. More for me then." He said with a laugh.
"Indeed, but I gotta go. I sort of bought another car and Sasha doesn't know about it yet, I have to go tell her and pick it up."
"Sweet, what did ya get?"
"You'll find out later, but for now, I gotta run. Cya." He said as he hung up the phone.
He walked inside to see Sasha on the couch.
"New car huh?" She said with a little smile.
"Yea... It's a fixer upper. I got it for 15 grand, its worth about 90. I'll only need to put about 5 grand and some man hours in to it and it'll be ready to race."
"If it’s a massive Hummer like Jackal's, I'm not going to be amused. I see how you eye that thing whenever it’s in our yard."
"Well... It’s not a Hummer. This is just as bad though. Let’s go! I can pick it up whenever today. It's only in Glastonbury."
"Sure! Let me go change my jeans and I'll be ready." She said as she ran upstairs. She seemed more excited and less upset than he had expected.
He was waiting in the '67 with the trailer on the back when she came outside and hopped in the truck. They drove off to Glastonbury and started driving through the posh neighborhoods that had the strong air of big money. Chewy's muddy 67 F-250 did not fit in here, and two Anthropomorphic people seemed out of place too. He took a hard left and powered up a long driveway to a mansion on a hill.
"Holy shit babe, did you buy the moon or something?"
"Not quite, but this has enough power to move the moon though." He said as he backed the trailer up to a low slung car hiding under a cover. A well dressed man in his twenties came walking outside and shook Chewy's hand as he looked him up and down.
"Yes, I look like a wolf, and so does my fiancée. And yes, I am the guy who bought your car."
"Hey man it’s cool with me. So we agreed on 15 right?"
"Yea 15, I'd just like to take a look first so I can be sure there aren’t any major problems that I couldn't see before."
"No problem." The man said as he pulled the cover off a beat up lime green 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera.
"A Lamborghini? Babe how the hell did you find this?" Sasha said as she walked around the car, she was impressed, and Chewy relaxed a lot when he saw that she wasn't in the least bit mad.
"I have my connections." He said with a smile as he walked around the car. "Quite a bit of body damage, drivetrain is on one piece... Interior is fair, yep. 15 grand. Cash good?"
"Did you just say cash?!?" The man said as he lifted his expensive shades.
"Yea, like paper, which you pay for stuff with. You people in Glastonbury know what that is? Maybe over here you call it uh... Toilet paper?" The three of them laughed.
"I wasn't expecting you to have 15 grand in cash on you, that's all."
"Oh but I do." Chewy said as he pulled two stacks of 10 thousand in hundreds out of his pocket. "This is for you, and this one is half." Chewy said as he handed over the money.
"Damn, I'm rich but I've never had 15 grand in hundreds in my hands before." The man said with a laugh as Chewy put the extra money back.
"I had 50 grand on me the other day. Took everything in me to not take the bands off and make it rain in my own house." He said with a laugh as they put the car on the trailer, and it sounded mean as Sasha edged it up the ramps.
They set off for home with the lime green beast on the trailer behind them. Chewy was very satisfied with his purchase, and it would take him little more than time to repair the carbon fiber body.
"I like the car babe, it's sexy." Sasha said as she looked in the mirror at the angular front end.
"I like it too. It's going to be my last big purchase for quite some time anyways."
"What's next?" She asked curiously.
"Wedding of course!"
"I see! Where should we have it? I have never really thought about this kind of thing."
"What about down by the river where I proposed? Or under the big tree at your parents. I think outside would be fitting." He said as she nodded in agreement. They talked about it the whole way home, and even as Chewy unloaded the car and set to work sanding down the paint so he could fix the many small damages to the body. By the time Shena got home and saw the supercar in the driveway, he already had the front fenders repaired and prepped for paint. Shena was more than a little surprised, but she brushed it off as the norm for Chewy. He worked straight through the night and well in to the next day, and it was ready for a new coat of lime green paint by lunchtime. He moved all the other cars out in to the yard and suited up to start painting, and he was done in a few hours. He walked inside and sat down on the couch with a noticeably green face.
"Babe, your face is covered in paint." Sasha laughed as he went to the bathroom to clean up.
They sat around for the rest of the day in relative quiet, busy doing their own things as Chewy shopped for cars online to pass the time while Sasha read a book. After the girls were asleep Chewy decided to sneak out and give the Lamborghini a midnight road test. He crept out of the driveway as to not be heard and he drove a couple miles from the house before slamming his foot to the floor and getting sucked back in to the seat like he was in a rocket. He got a familiar wide grin on his face as he came up to the longest straight road in town. The car was unregistered and uninsured but it was the last thing on his mind as his right foot turned to lead and the car rocketed forwards, but he got it all the way to 180 before he lost courage to keep going.
Sasha was waiting up for him on the couch when he got back, the big stupid grin still plastered across his face.
"Ya could have invited me too babe." She said with a little smile as he sat down next to her.
"Not quite the most legal thing I've ever done and I didn't want to drag you in on it." He said with a small laugh as they cuddled up to watch a movie.
They both fell asleep on the couch, and while Sasha was sleeping she had another dream. She knew she was dreaming, and she watched it sort of like a movie, from a third person point of view. Chewy was downstairs watching TV while she was upstairs looking at something, but Sasha couldn't figure out what it was from her point of view. She watched as her dream self threw the piece of plastic in the trash can as a tear rolled down her face. Sasha knew what the white plastic thing was now, and she was very interested to see what happened. She walked downstairs behind the dream version of herself. This is weird, following myself around. I look good though! Nice ass, she thought to herself with a small laugh. The two of them were sitting on the couch as Sasha watched from the stairway.
"Chewy... I need to talk to you about something." She said with a scared tone in her voice.
"What's up babe?"
"I just took a test."
"A test? Like what kind of test?"
"A... A pregnancy test."
"What?!"
"It was positive." She said as another tear ran down her face. Chewy just shook his head in a disappointed silence for a moment.
"That is the last thing I wanted to hear. Well there goes the rest of my life." He said disappointedly as he stood and walked in to the basement. Sasha sat on the couch crying. Then she woke up, and she could remember everything from the dream, from her tears to his disappointment.
She couldn't help but wonder if that was how he would really react, maybe he only said yes to please her and because he knew it wouldn't happen for a long time. Her worries kept her up for the rest of the night, while Chewy slept like the dead next to her. He woke up the next morning and did his usual routine as cheerily as he always did, but he noticed something was wrong with Sasha.
"What's wrong babe?" He asked with concern over his poptart. "And don't say 'Nothing' because I can tell something is upsetting you."
"Oh, I just had strange dreams last night. At least I learned that I have a nice ass."
"I had a strange dream too. I could have told you about the other part ages ago though." He said with a small laugh.
"So I wasn't the only one with a strange dream. That makes me feel a little better," She said as she grabbed yogurt from the fridge.
"You should tell me about it. It might help."
"Well, to sum it up, I watched me and you have a conversation from a third person point of view. Hence how I know I have a nice ass. Anyways, in my dream, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. When I came downstairs to tell you, all you did was get upset and angry and you just like, left." She said, seeming deflated.
"First of all, I would be overjoyed, but I know I'm not mature enough for a kid yet, but I will be someday. Secondly, I had the same dream, except you were upset about it because you didn't think I was going to stick around, and you just wished you could undo it all." He said as he stared off in to space, thinking. "We dreamed about our worst fears of what would happen."
"How did you figure that out? It makes complete sense too...”
"We're going to worry about that kind of crap until it happens babe. It's normal."
