the mind, the body, the soul
always wanting more.
To seek, to find and never stop
searching
to fill the mind full of wonders
always working.
Exciting, enticing, enveloping grace
that only such a wonderful world
can provide to a curious face.
So much to do and learn and see
an overwhelming feeling of being free.
It engulfs so warm
just like a hug
the earth calls out and pulls
with one swift tug.
You can't help but follow its humming sound
to look and feel and read the ground.
To find the mysteries that lie beneath
presented by generations upon generations
of toil and grief.
Although - not too quick -
there is still time,
to see the beauty and the rhyme
made by persons old and wise
before the world comes to its demise.
