Previously On My Bestfriend's Brother:
"So friends?"
"Friends" I open my arms
"You want a hug?" He laughs
"Yea why not"
"Okay" he wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap my arms around his neck
I get more comfortable and lay my head on his shoulder
And he sighs
"Dont let go yet" I hug him tighter
"I wasn't" he hugs me tighter
After a few minutes of us just hugging each other I let go of him
He sits on the bed and takes his shoes off
"On the scale of 1-10 you are over 100 in bed" he smirks at me then laughs
I punch him in the arm "you had to ruin the moment didn't you"
I pause for a minute "but thanks" I smirk and take my shoes off
"Rate me" he puts his hands behind his head and lays back
"Eh on a scale of 1-10 ill give you a rough 5" I laugh
He sits up his elbows holding him for support
"Come on be serious" he scoffs
"Ok fine" I laugh
I look at him and he rolls his eyes
"Im waiting"
"Your amazing" I turn my face remembering that night and blush trying to hide him from seeing me blush
"Awe your blushing"
I go over to the bed and grab a pillow "I am not" I throw the pillow at his head
"But that wasn't a number"
"Nothing is good enough for you , damn you broke my scale happy?" I feel my cheeks burning up again
"Your blushing again" he laughs
"No im not , im warm"
He laughs "im tired" he yawns
"Yea me too" I go under the covers and shut my lamp off
He shuts his lamps off and gets under the cover
I slap his hand "don't even try touching me"
"How did you know , do you have eyes in the back of your head"
I laugh "sure do so dont try making a move" I close my eyes
"Okay fine" he moves closer
"Anthony" I whine and turn to face him
Our faces were millimeters apart
I pull my face back "go back on your side please"
He moves over and closes his eyes
I turn back around and close my eyes
After a few moments of silence he speaks again
"Lauren?" He says
"Yes Anthony"
"Are u still up?"
"No Anthony im sleeping but managed to answer you"
"I was just messin with you" he laughs
"Goodnight Anthony"
"One more thing Lauren"
"Yes Anthony" I saw annoyed
"When you said nothing is good enough for me , something is good for me"
I get nervous "and what might that be"

My stomach fills with butterflies and I stay silent

"G-goodnight" I close my eyes and try to get what he just said outta my head
A few minutes ago I just agreed to be 'friends' with him what am I thinking I cant stay friends with him
I want him more then a friend.
I want him to be mine.

I sit up on the bed and Anthony walks out of the bathroom
"How do you manage to stay beautiful when waking up" he stops and looks at me
I blush "stop flirting with me"
"Not flirting , stating facts"
"Anyways any news from them" I say changing the subject
"Actually yes they called"
"And" I sit up more
"They said they got stuck and there phones died so they had to camp out in the car"
"Really" I raise one eyebrow
"Really"
"So do they need us to go get them?"
"Nope they said the car started working" he puts his hands in his pockets and leans against the wall
"They are so lieing , they had us looking for nothing"
"But if they hadn't I wouldn't be talking to you" he bits his lip
Holy shit! He looks more hotter

"I mean if your gonna stare at my lips might as well kiss them" he gets off the wall and comes closer to me
I shake my head "no im" I shut up and get off the bed
"Im gonna use the bathroom" I rush into the bathroom
Im not trying to get my feelings mixed up with him again I feel as if we should stay friends but then I dont want to be friends , you know?
I finish up in the bathroom and open the door
"So uh we leaving?"
"Yea we could've left last night"
"What?"
"Yeaaa I forgot there was gas in the truck"
"Your such a lier you knew there was gas you just wanted to bring me to this motel and treat me like a dirty skank"
"How did you know?"
I laugh and hit him in his arm
"Im just kidding" he laughs and rubs his arm
"You better" I put my shoes on
"No I meant not a dirty skank , a sexy hoe"
"Excuse me" I slap him in his arm again and he grabs my arm
"Im kidding" he holds my hand
"Okay let go of my hand now"
The warmth of his hand on mine feels like it belongs there

Tonight Anthony and his parents are coming over and I decided to not come
"Laurennnnnnn" I hear the door close and Stephanie calling my name
I guess there all here
I go downstairs and smack Stephanie then hug her
"I was so worried about you!"
She laughs "so worried that you smack me"
"Yes" I hug her more
"Okay girl im right here im not leaving again"
Anthony's mom laughs then goes to the kitchen with my mom
"I really wanted to see that movie" I whine
"Sorry I promise we will go see it"
"You better or ill get you" I point at her and make a mean face
"Okay weirdo" she goes to the kitchen with my mom
"Hey" I shove Anthony
"Its finally happening" I see a glow in his eyes
"And that is?" I look at him confused
"There getting a divorce" he says in a relief
"They are? You really want that?"
"My dad is cruel to my mom,she deserves better"
"Damn right she does" I laugh and he smiles
"Well im off to upstairs have a good dinner"
"Your not joining?"
"No not hungry been feeling a little sick"
"Sick?"
"Yea"
"Are you pregnant?"
"God no Anthony" I laugh
"Are you sure?"
"Im sure" I laugh again
After having that awkward conversation , that im pretty sure im not pregnant we used protection
I hear someone climbing up my window
I open my window and see its just Sam
"Sam you scared me I thought you was a robber"
I have this vine type thing where you can climb up to get to my window
"Sorry" he climbs threw the window
"Why didnt you just knock" I close the window
"Cause I remember you told me they were having a dinner tonight and I didnt wanna interrupt plus I gotta talk to you"
"What about"
Anthony's Pov
Im glad me and her are on good terms I dont know how longer I could have been away from her and not talking to her. Everytime I just see her it makes all my problems go away.
I sit at the table and just smile to myself thinking about Lauren
I missed hearing her laugh and smile and flirt with me
I missed seeing her blush when I compliment her
I missed seeing how nervous she gets when shes around me thinking I dont notice
But I miss her , I miss touching her and kissing her
I dont wanna be friends as she suggested maybe she is over me
"Anthony" I get interrupted by my thoughts from Lauren's mom
"Yea?"
"Can you go ask lauren if she can come down here please"
"Yea sure" I get up from the table and make my way to her room
Her door is cracked open and I hear her talking to someone
I stop and listen
"Cause I remember you told me they were having dinner tonight and I didnt wanna interrupt plus I gotta talk to you"
It sounds like sam talking
"What about" lauren says
I look threw the crack and watch sam and her
"Well you remember Stephanie's cousin"
"Yea I remember her duh" she sits on the bed
"Well I kinda"
She cuts him off "sam no dont tell me"
He cuts her off "I had sex with her"
"What!" She jumps up at him
"I really like her"
Wait I thought
"But sam were supposed to be acting like a couple"
What did I just hear
"I know but I couldn't help myself"
"Okay um we gotta fake break up then" she says
I step away from the door and feel happy but mad at the same time
She made me feel terrible for sleeping with her cause she had a boyfriend
When she really didnt have a boyfriend
She was lying this whole time , why would she just lie to me like that
How can I trust her now?
