Chapter 1- "Crawford"
"I'm coming! I'm coming!" I yelled as i ran down the grand staircase of my house.
"About time" my older brother Mark said and I rolled my eyes in response.
My other siblings cane down. I have 4 other siblings.
Lex; who has blond wavy medium length hair and brown eyes. She's 23.
Mark; who has black/brown spiked up hair and blue eyes. He's 21.
Gwen; who has long ginger hair and brown eyes. She's 15
Max; who has blond 'flippy' hair and brown eyes. He's 11.
Lex said "Well I'm off, bye"! Then walking out the door.
I searched for my keys. I couldn't find them anywhere.
"Gwen! Where are my car keys?!" i exclaimed.
She smirked.
"Gwen you are so dead"! I said. Her eyes widened and she started to run.
I chased her around the living room and then jumped and tackled her down to ground.
I pinned her arms down and reached into her pocket and grabbed my keys. I smirked proudly and got up.
"Bye"! I yelled and walked out and hopped in my truck.

"I hate school" I mumbled to myself as I opened my locker door.
"TATUM"! My best friend Bethany yelled as she ran twoards me.
She got to me and bent over panting. I raised an eyebrow at her.
"You're really out of shape" I pointed out.
"I know" she said "Now lets go"!
She grabbed my forearm and pulled me down the hallway.
"Too Lunch"! She smiled.
I chuckled and looped my arm threw hers and we walked to the cafeteria.
We got into the cafeteria and went to our usual table. Beth is in a bunch of different clubs so she has a lot if friends.
Me on the other hand, Beth is my only friend so I just sit with her.
I sat down next to her and unscrewed my Water bottle cap.
Beth and the other people at the table were talking about some club. I zoned out and tapped my fingers on the table.
I got up to go grab some food and o bumped into someone.
"I'm sorry-" I started then looked up to meet a certain blue eyed boy.
River Lockwood aka My Ex Best Friend.
He's the Bad Boy of the school and has girls falling at his feet.
River and I were best friends since diapers all the way up to Sophomore year.
One night River just flipped out on me and screamed. He said 'I f***ing hate you! I'm done! I never want see you again! You are such a b*tch!' he said a few other things.
River smirked "Crawford".
That's the first time he has said anything to me in 2 years!
I gulped silently.
"Lockwood" I acknowledged.
He narrowed his eyes at me.
"River, baby!" A voice yelled.
I looked over to see a Keira Manley. She has blond hair and a fake tan; she's the Regina George of this school.
She walked up and gave me a disgusted look "What is she doing here"?
"Walking away from you" I muttered.
I started to walk away but she said "Good, because you have no chance here".
I whirled around. "You know, you two are perfect for each other" I said.
Regina smirked. River watched carefully.
"You are both a*swholes" I smirked.
Regina scoffed at me and I walked away.

"Ugh"! I groaned as i face palnted into my bed.
I absoulety without a doubt HATE SCHOOL!
I had River's fangirls glaring at me all day because I called him an 'a*swhole'.
"Tatum" a voice said.
"Yeah, mom"? I asked as I sat up.
She walked over to me and crossed her arms "What is this about you calling River an 'a*swhole'?"
I rolled my eyes and sighed.
"Tatum, why"? She asked.
"Becauae he is one!" I exclaimed as I stood up.
"Tatum, I get that you wish you were still best friends and-".
"Whoa, whoa, whoa I do NOT wish i was best friends with him. I wish that he would fall of the earth" I implied.
"Tatum Aurora Crawford"! My mom scoffed.
"Fine, I won't do it again". NOT.
"Good. Now can you go to the grocery store for me"?
I nodded and grabbed my keys and walked downstairs and outside to my truck.

Where is the freaking 2% milk?!?
I scanned over the milk section.
What even is thw difference between whole milk and 2% milk.
I found it and went to grab it but someone got it before me.
I saw Holly and Taylor; Rivers sisters.
"Tatum"! They exclaimed then attacking me into a hug.
I chuckled "Hey guys".
They let go of me and Lex said "It's been so long"!
I nodded "Ya, 2 years..."
Two years since River and I were actually friends.
Holly said "Right.....I'll be right back"!
Then Holly ran off.
"So hows school"? Taylor asked.
I narrowed my eyes at her "A living Hell".
Taylor chuckled "Haha the irony, River said that exact same thing".
I bit my lip and Holly cam back.
"TATUM"! A voice squealed. I turned and Zoe ran up to me and hugged my legs. I chuckled "Hey Zoe".
She pulled away "I missed you! I think River did to".
Wouldn't that be nice.
I forced a smile. Zoe is 6 and is the cutest thing in the world.
"Alright my turn" James said and pulled Zoe off me and hugged me "Hey Tatum".
"Hey" I smiled.
River has 4 siblings like me.
Taylor;who is 24, with long blond hair and blue eyes.
James; who is 17, with brown spiked up hair and blue eyes.
Holly; who is 14, with blond hair and blue eyes.
Zoe; who is 6, with blond curly hair and blue eyes.
All Lockwood's have blue eyes.
James pulled away and asked "How you've been"?
"Good, I guess" I shrugged.
I'm really close with the Lockwood's. Their like my other brothers and sisters, but i don't need anymore.
"Can we just leave and get out of this sh*twhole" A voice huffed.
River walked up and raised an eyebrow "What the hell are you doing here"?
"Its a public store, I can come here" I said bored.
"Well B*tches aren't aloud" River snapped.
"Then why are you here"? I resorted
Everyone looked between us.
"Ok great, so I'm an A*swhole and B*tch" River said sarcastically.
"I would say others but there is children present".
He rolled his eyes.
"So......Tatum, how's the family?" Taylor asked.
"Fine" I said "Speaking of which, I have to get home".
They nodded. Taylor, James, Holly, and Zoe hugged me.
"Please don't go"! Zoe pleaded as she hugged my legs.
I chuckled "Zoe, I have to go home".
"But I missed you" She said and gave me puppy dog eyes.
I squatted down to her and hugged her "Bye Zoe".
"Bye Tatum".
I stood back up and River was just staring at his phone. I sighed and walked away.

I don't know why but I really hate the word ' stuff'.
I have tried so many times writing this chapter and I didn't like it each time!
For updating: I don't really do anything after school but i get loads of homework and studying, and my life is sometimes busy.
I will come up with a updating schedule. I do know i will update once a week.
Maybe an update tomorrow, depends how much homework I get.
