CODY'S P.O.V:
"CODY?! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!" I heard Alli yell making me mess up on my bow tie once again.
"WHAT IS IT THIS TIME?!" I yelled as she was barging in, in only a towel.
"Okay lets try this again, go put on some clothes and then knock."
"Oh shut up you man whore, dushbag, uhgggg! You are such a prick!"
"Why what did I do?" Just then Oliver came in.
"Okay party at my place?" I said turning back to the mirror "What are you mad about Olly? Jake cheated on you?" I said laughing at the joke but everyone just gave me the look.
"Oh, Alli! Put some clothes on! What is your problem?!" Oliver said covering his eye on Alli's side. Then runs in Jake and Ruby.
"Okay guys get out I have an important dinner tonight!" I yelled trying to corral them out of my room.
"Mhhm Mhhm mister you are not going any where, you have some explaining to do!" Ruby said poking me in the chest backing me up against a wall.
"I don't get it? What is happening?" I said raising my palms up to the roof.
Jake cleared his throat and fixed his Scott Disick looking suite and pulled out his phone and showed me the pictures and article. "Do you remember now Mr. Simpson?" Jake said with everyone backing him up. I looked closer at the picture and realized I was busted with Haliee. I could feel my face getting red and my hands getting clammy.
"Ermm.."
"Save it! This is getting old! This is the second girl you have cheated on using Haliee!" Alli yelled right in my face.
"Seriously, I really like Calypso!" Oliver said with a pout on his face.
"You two were perfect for each other!" Ruby said with her super high pitched voice.
"Yeah not cool dude....but Alli why are you in a towel?" He asked putting an arm around her "not that I mind or anything."
"Dude, that is my sister."
"Hey don't you dare turn this around on me Simpson, what you did was not cool." Jake said "Ladies would you give us a minute? And Alli don't tell Calypso yet we will leave that to him."
After Ruby and Alli left Jake and Oliver instructed me to sit.
"Why in the world would you do that to her? She is so sweet, fun, adorable, and really chill! What did she do to make you want some from Haliee? You and Calypso get it on every 10 minutes I don't get it? Plus you have been obsessed with her for the last two years? She is literally your dream!" Jake was basically shouting at this point his face was beyond red, you could see the steam coming out of his ears.
"Calm down Jakey, I got it from here." Oliver said putting him down on my bed. "But really Cody that was low. i just don't get it. I mean I see why you did it to Kylie because she was a dirty skank as well, but Cal was different and you told me how much you liked her!"
"Okay I get it I screwed up and I have to fix this." I said looking down thoroughly embarrassed, I really have no clue what I was doing I hate Haliee but it is annoying how everyone one is nagging me.
"Just tell me why you did that? Calli is an angel.." I cut Jake off and stood up and walked out my room.
"Hey guys if you like her so much why don't you date her?" I said storming down the hall.
"Where do you think you are going?" Alli asked rudely and I turned around on my heels wiping a tear with the back of my hand aggressively.
"I still have a date tonight." I said pointing down the stairs right as my mother said we were leaving. "See you later."
CALYPSO'S P.O.V:
"Alli, does he know you told me?" I asked beyond nervous because I knew he was going to be here any second. I was on the phone with Alli and Ruby and I was all set for dinner anyways. I was wearing the outfit he bought me which consisted of a black pencil skirt, a nice white shirt tucked into the skirt, and a peach blazer that is rolled up to the elbows with the white heels he bought me. My hair was slicked back in a pony tail and showed off the streaks perfectly and I had gold eye shadow on with foundation and fake eyelashes.
"He doesn't know, he told me not to tell you right after I did."
"Well should I tell him I know or not?"
"Uhm just drop hints I guess."
'Okay well I am pretty sure Sam just let him in, so I will just wing it."
"Good luck and call me when you get ba-' I ended the call early because Cody came walking in.
"Who was that?" He said laying down on top of me.
"Uhggg. I would tell you if I could breath!" I yelled writhing to get him off of me. After he finished laughing he helped me up and lead me down the stairs. "Cody have you been crying?" I asked trying to get him to look me dead in the eyes but of course he couldn't.
"Uhm no, Alli asked me the same thing but I think it might be allergies?" He said stuttering.
"Hello darling! How have you been? Sorry we weren't there the other day when you spent the night!" Angie said ever so politely.
"It is fine! But where are the other kids tonight?" I asked.
"Oh Alli and Jake are going on a date and when we left Oliver and Ruby were taking a dip in the pool, the place is like a big sexual factory!" Brad joked and Angie gave him the look.
"Brad! We have guest!" She exclaimed.
"Oh it is fine! I totally understand!" I said whilst giggling. I could feel the awkwardness coming off Cody, so for his displeasure I kept the conversation going and I kept telling them how perfect of a couple they are and asking how they do it. Best moment of my life.
When we got to the restaurant we got a booth and I sat on the outside so I could sit as far away as possible. Dinner went by smoothly besides the fact that when Cody tried to touch me I had to move over even more and everyone would give me crazy looks.
My phone started ringing "Oh my please excuse me I really have to take this!" I said standing up and walking outside.
"Hey Poppy! What's happening?" I asked.
"You got the final CALLBACK!" Poppy yelled into the phone!
"Brilliant! Text me the details but I have to go I am at dinner."
"Oh Calypso please don't say you are with Cody!" I heard Kitt whispering into her ear something about Cody and I. Then I heard them laughing so I told them my plan and how I had to go.
"Bye Poppy and a special good bye to you KittyCat!" I yelled his nickname into the phone making everyone look at me including a very pissed off looking Leo DiCaprio who I waved to and said hello because we worked on a film last year where he played my father. I love Leo!
"Did you get it?" Cody asked finally looking me in the eyes.
"YES! I have to go meet the director for a one on one conference, then I get to re-audition in front of Logan and the director!" I said jumping into his arms forgetting momentarily about what he was hiding from me. They all congratulated me and after dinner Angie and Brad got a few drinks at the bar with someone they knew so Cody and I went walking down the populated street. We didn't really talk just more of a unspoken tension.
I just couldn't handle it anymore "So Cody, what did you really do last night?" I asked looking down at the now super exciting sidewalk.
"I told you I went to that club and then went home." he said laughing nervously.
"Yeah, but who was there?"
"Uhm, just a few people our age, I didn't really know anyone than Ryan and his friends?"
"What did you do there?"
"Calypso stop you are freaking me out! I just danced, sang a bit of karaoke, and yeah." I stopped in the middle of the side walk.
"You know I saw the article? I know what you really did." His face got red and he pulled me into an ally way. "Let go of me."
"Seriously? Who showed you?" he said obviously really angry now.
"I have a manager and a PR agent, plus really great friends..." I said trailing off. He didn't reply for a while he just kept tugging and messing with his hair, something he always does when he gets nervous. "If I hadn't found out, when were you going to tell me? What were you going to do about it? Just pray about me not finding out?" He didn't answer just looked up at the smog filled sky. "So much for promises."
He let out a dark laugh "You know what Calypso, it really isn't your business what I did last night anyways." He was right in my face. "And don't you even think about crying." I couldn't do anything but stop myself from crying.
"Cody, it is my business if it brings me bad press when I am trying to get a role in a movie."
"Oh please Calypso, you are just as fake as the next girl in this town. Maybe was Haliee was right about you, your weight and all."
"Whatever Cody, have fun with that slag." I said turning on my heels. I heard him punch something and huff out air.
"I don't understand why you care so much, we aren't even dating." I was so mad I turned around and slapped him across the face as hard as I could. I saw the shock in his eyes and took off running. I had no idea where I was going. When I finally collapsed I called Django and told him I had no idea where he was but he managed to find me some how.
What did I just do?
I laid there in my bed for hours just staring at my high ceilings pondering about what happened. I messages kept coming in from Alli and the rest of the gang excluding Cody. But I couldn't message them back until I had it all sorted out in my head.
What did I want? Could I trust him again? What did I do to make him feel that way? Should I hear him out? But why would he say that to me?
I let out a yell and Kitt came running in. "What is wrong?" The room was still dark so I tried muffling my tears with a pillow. 'Oh Calypso I heard what happened."
"I didn't know you were here, sorry." I said pulling myself together to sit up but Kitt pulled me into a big hug and he let me cry on his shoulder for a while. "Kitt, why would he do that?" I asked rolling over to look at him.
'I don't know sweetie, us boys do dumb things all the time and we regret it afterwards everytime." He said stroking my head.
"Should I listen to what he has to say?"
"Well of course you should, the only reason Poppy and I are still together is because she heard me out after I screwed up." He starting to yawn. "Will you be okay if I go back to sleep?" I nodded my head pulling my duvet back over me. "Oh and Poppy said get to sleep because you have to be up in what was three hours." He strutted out the room like super model making me laugh successfully. I knew I wasn't going to get any sleep so I replied to everyone trying to just get this awful situation over with.
