One day, a man named Franklin was getting ready for his date, even though he was old. He was maybe 60 years old, but whatever, elder people can also find love, right?
He put on a nice red tuxedo with a red bowtie. And then, when he was all ready for his date he found a bump under his magenta carpet.
When he went to clean it up, the bump moved from him and disappeared without Franklin noticing.
Franklin looked for the bump, but it was nowhere to be found.
Later on, Franklin and the woman, Gabriella had a nice dinner and they chatted. They had a really good time. After Gabriella had left, Franklin searched a little and wondered what was under the rug and where it had gone.
He retired from his search after a few minutes. He was a little scared, but he still went to bed. The next morning he woke up to see if he bump was there, so he could sneak up to it. He didn't see anything, and later on he thought that he was imagining the bump, for he was nervous for his date.
*~*
Two weeks passed and it happened again, and by again it means that it happened on another date with Gabriella.
Again, Franklin started to think that he was imagining the bump, but no, he wasn't. The bump got even bigger this time.
Franklin was terrified to see it again, so he took a chair then threw it at the bump. He missed his throw because the bump moved on to another side of the carpet. It wonked the table lamp with the lamp on it.
Franklin said in his mind, "Oh my, he's strong!"
The lamp hit the ground and it turned off, and the chair Franklin threw broke into pieces. The room was a mess!
He quickly cleaned the place before Gabriella arrived, and when he put the last piece of crap in the garbage Gabriella arrived in the house with the big bump under Franklin's carpet. Franklin did not know what to do.
Gabriella was sitting on a large comfy couch beside the bump, that she didn't notice. When Gabriella moved her foot, it landed on the bump and she screamed because it felt alive.
Franklin hoped it wasn't related with the bump and went to see what she screamed for. He saw that Gabriella was sneezing and her face turned red.
"What are you allergic to?" said Franklin with an embarrassed face.
"I am highly allergic to all kinds of rodents" she hollered.
The bump kept running around, actually it was a wild rat chasing a mouse. Fact: Did you know wild rats are very dangerous? Anyway, Gabriella broke up with Franklin and left his house while she was as red as a tomato.
Franklin looped around the house to catch the two rodents and finally caught them and drove them to the pet store. When he arrived and opened the bag to see if the two of them were still in the bag, there was a hole in the bag with teeth marks and a dead mouse with blood running along and there wasn't any rat in the back of the car.
Where did the WILD RAT go and how did the mouse die?
Clue: There was also a hole inside the back of the car that Franklin didn't notice.
