"There's nothing to do," I say.
Dr. Park glances over to me, dark hair flat against his head, and says, "There are plenty of books to read."
"Books?"
"Yeah, I have one of my college textbooks in my car if you would like me to grab it."
I nod my head and he walks out, closing the door behind him. I look down to my hands and intertwine my fingers together, taking in a deep breath.
With that I look to the white ceiling and fall asleep.
At 6:57 p.m. to be exact - let's just say I'm very fond of clocks.
Hours later, at approximately 10:32 p.m, I awaken to a tap on my right shoulder. I open my eyes to a sea of green.
It's Dr. Francesca Letterman.
She says she has news, and quite a lot of it.
