Thirteen

_Abe's POV_
Around five at night, Beth knocked on the shop door, and I furrowed my brows; letting her in. "Hello. What brings you here?" I asked. "Jo invited me to dinner," she smiled. "And no one told me to cook more food," I muttered; climbing the stairs beside her. The two lovebirds stood at the top of the steps; warm smiles on their faces. "This isn't an intervention.. Is it?" I squinted. "No," they laughed. They walked with us into the dining room, and explained how the proposals had gone; thus why they both had a ring. Then Jo paused; looking back at Henry nervously. "What?" I questioned. "There's a part of the story that we left out," she replied. "Would you like me to tell them?" he asked. "Tell us what?" Beth wondered. "I'm pregnant," Jo blurted out. Our jaws dropped. Though, they were trying for one, so I'm not too surprised. "I'm going to have a grandbaby?" Beth exclaimed; lunging forward. She hugged them both tight, and they laughed; nodding their heads, and cringing slightly(neither of them are hug people.) "Well.. I personally think you're both insane.. But I'm happy for you," I grinned. "Thank you," Henry answered. "Let's eat," I announced.
