"Aren't you putting too much effort for the sake of entertainment?" Destiny asked his brother as he stood beside his sister Death.
Dream didn't turn nor did he answer, he just continued on with his final decision.
"Aren't you being a bit too sadistic, brother?" Death asked. "There's a reason humans die you know. They have limits; they can't handle too much of a good thing."
"Precisely." Dream answered as he turned to them, "That's why they experience pain, don't they? It makes them stronger and it balances out all the good things they've been feeling."
Dream then took one final glance at the White Realm before looking at his siblings.
"If you're really fixed on your decision, then we'll leave you to them." Destiny commented before leaving in a puff of purple smoke.
Death only sighed at both her brothers. For her, Dream can be as inconsistent and eccentric as the dreams he represent; making it hard for her to talk to him. Sometimes she'd prefer talking to Delirium instead of him....sometimes.
"I'll drop by every now and then to check things out." She said, making Dream raised his brow. "You'll never know what can happen in your little playground. One of our other siblings might steal your toys away from you."
"I can handle Desire, Despair and Delirium on my own." He stated plainly, "Its you and Destiny I'm really worried about. You two always seem to ruin my fun."
Death giggled a little before looking away, "I'll try to get out of your way brother dear...but it's Destiny you should really keep an eye out for. He can be quite meddlesome sometimes."
"He's always meddling with my plans, that party pooper..."
"That's because you're always so fun to tease~" Death said, then with a flick of her wrist, she immediately vanished with a cloud of grey smoke at her wake.
Dream only rolled his eyes at his sister's statement and focused his attention on the new toys he'll be playing with...
This is going to be an amusing pastime...

Hey guys! So this is the new book I'm talking about! Hope you guys don't mind the story progression, it might get a bit... tipsy... and I'm sorry if the first part isn't exactly what you guys are expecting...
For those who don't know, 'the Endless' is a group of primordial beings, much like gods but...older.. Anyway, the explanation will be given in the following chapters, so you don't need to worry :)
This story is a bit complicated but I'll try my best to make it REALLY good and I'll try to update as much as possible...
Anyway, I hope you guys are ok with this...thanks so much for the support and I'm sorry if some characters like, Shawn, Hurley, Archer etc aren't featured much...
