Betrayed - an odd hand, so warm. So cold.
Flash of sweet, sickly red.
With the kind, rough ground I collided.
A fleeting gaze.
Ties of kinship my agony shall raze.
The face which above me rose.
No longer an illusion of friend, but rather foe.
Hands glazed with putrid blood.
From his face painted with anguish.
